Delete. A quick Google reveals no reliable sources discussing the character in any detail. There may be a case to merge to List of Marvel Comics characters: B, but I think this violates WP:SOURCELIST. Delete - normally I'm for merging articles like this to the character list, but without references or real world information there's just not enough to merge. I can't even tell if either character appeared in more than one issue. Argento Surfer (talk) 11:38, 17 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
