Contested PROD. No evidence that the fictional character as a stand-alone subject has significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, so he do not not meet the general notability guideline. Without reliable secondary sources that give reception or significance to the fictional character, any article about him can only be a plot-only description of a fictional work and an indiscriminate collection of information, unsuitable for Wikipedia.
