Most of the references are either press releases or articles about Kalra's company Cambridge Technology Enterprises. Article was created and developed by a now-blocked group of socks. OhNoitsJamie Talk
- Merge into article on his company, fixes the BLP issues and I dont see lack of notability of the company, although it doesnt yet have an article. I am aware of the illicit history of the article but we should not judge the article on its having been created by people clueless as to wikipedia but by our notability standards. - Delete as clear advertising given the sources are all published and republished advertising announcements which accompany the fact this is still advertising his own companies and services, and that alone is always enough for delete by our policies. If all there is to support the claims for the company itself is PR, then that by itself is enough to delete and not start an article since there's no policy-supported substance.
