- Neutral. Technically nom is correct, however this will be created in this form in less than 3 months (assuming the world doesn't end prior to 2018, and the country still exists). Similar articles were created in years past prior to the year beginning.Icewhiz (talk) 06:59, 9 October 2017 (UTC)
