Webtretho was founded in 2002 by Ha Hong Hong, in Ho Chi Minh City. Originally it operated as a non-profit organization, until it was funded at the beginning of 2008 by IDG Ventures Vietnam. Since its evolution into a joint stock company, Webtretho has opened a new branch in Hanoi and been preparing a new web version to be launched by mid-September. Collateralized loan obligation

Collateralized loan obligations are financial structures where payments from multiple middle sized and large business loans are pooled together and passed on to different classes of owners. Each class of owner may receive larger payments in exchange for being the first in line to lose money if the businesses fail to repay the loans. The actual loans used are generally multi-million dollar loans known as syndicated loans, usually originally lent by a bank with the intention of the loans being immediately paid off by the Collateralized loan obligation owners. The loans are usually "leveraged loans", that is, loans to businesses which owe an above average amount of money for their kind of business, usually because a new business owner has borrowed funds against the business to purchase it (known as a "leveraged buyout", or because the business has borrowed funds to buy another business. The reason behind the creation of Collateralized loan oblgations (known as CLO's for short) was to increase the supply of willing business lenders, so as to lower the price (interest costs) of loans to businesses and to allow banks more often to immediately sell loans to external investor/lenders so as to facilitate the lending of money to business clients and earn fees with little to no risk to themselves. Collateralized loan obligations accomplish this by their 'tranche' structure. Instead of a regular lending situation where a lender can earn a fixed interest rate but be at risk for a loss if the business does not repay the loan, CLO's combine multiple loans but don't transmit the loan payments equally to the CLO owners. Instead, the owners are divided into different classes, called "tranches", with each class entitled to more of the interest payments then the next, but with them being ahead in line in absorbing any losses amongst the loan group due to the failure of the businesses to repay. Normally a leveraged loan would have a fixed interest rate, but potentially only a certain lender would feel that the risk of loss is worth the interest that is charged. By pooling multiple loans and dividing them into tranches, in effect multiple loans are created, with relatively safe ones being paid lower interest rates (designed to appeal to conservative investors), and higher risk ones appealing to higher risk investors (by offering a higher interest rate). The whole point is to lower the cost of money to businesses by increasing the suppply of lenders (attracting both conservative and risk taking lenders). CLO's were created because the same "tranching" structure was invented and proven to work for home mortgages in the early 1980's. Very early on, pools of residential home mortgages were turned into different tranches of bonds to appeal to various forms of investors. Corporations with good credit ratings were already able to borrow cheaply with bonds, but those that couldn't had to borrow from banks at higher costs. The CLO created a way for companies with weaker credit ratings to borrow from more institutions then just banks, lowering the overall cost of money to them. With the subprime crisis, the demand for lending money either in the form of mortgage bonds or CLO's has nearly ground to a halt. It appears that the "tranches" in past structures were inaccurately created, resulting in far higher losses to the riskier classes then ever anticipated. At this time it is unclear if there will be a return to many of the same structures. In particular, Collateralized Debt Obligations, which could be thought of as a "second layer" structure which bought multiple forms of bonds and other structures and itself pays out income in various tranches, may never appear again. However, Collateralized Loan Obligations are believed by some to be very necessary to eventually return, as they are the primary way syndicated and leveraged loans can be sold to other investors besides banks. Located in Portland, Oregon, the McDougall-Campbell House reflects the English Arts and Crafts Style with elements from the related English Cottage Style incorporated into the design The house was designed by architect, Josef Jacobberger and built around 1910. Dominant are characteristics of the Arts and Crafts Style including use of natural materials(wood, brick, tile, stone), built in cabinetry, shingles, a variety of window types, asymmetrical floor plans, multiple steeply pitched gables, open porch, brick chimneys and rooms with an open flow extending to the exterior. Important are elements of the English Cottage Style including the eyebrow dormer, wrought iron work and the jerkinhead or clipped gable which is an architectural feature whose origins trace back to the thatched roofs of medieval England. Jacobberger's use of the jerkinhead gable on the McDougall-Campbell House represents one of the earliest uses of that particular feature in Portland and the earliest known use of it by Jacobberger. This is significant because Jacobberger was admired and his creatively conceived, prominently placed architectural elements on houses were picked up by other architects and builders. Because of this early use by Jacobberger, the jerkinhead gable became familiar with Portland architects and builders a decade before it appeared as a commonplace element on English Cottage Style houses of the 1920's. Jacobberger designed three residences in Portland displaying the jerkinhead gable. The first was the McDougall-Campbell House in 1910. The second was the Arts and Crafts Style Alfred Smith House of 1912. He did not use it again until he designed the 1922 English Cottage Style Dr. James Rosenfeld House. Landscaping contributes to the setting of the McDougall-Campbell House. Trees, shrubs, stone steps, lawn areas, walkways, terracotta tiled patio and terraces compose the yard which is informal, overgrown and reminiscent of an English garden. A rock retaining wall runs the length of the property. The Alexander McDougall Family purchased Lot 25 in Blythwood, the additon to Willamette Heights in 1912. Newlywed daughter, Marie McDougall and her new husband Casmir Campbell took possession the the Jacobberger-designed house which existed at the time on the western portion of the lot. Alexander and son, Natt, commissioned architect Ellis Lawrence to design their houses on the remaining lot. The three grand residences were connected by paths and raised footbridges to create the McDougall Estate. Damon "Damo" Lathrope (born 28/10/1989 in Stevenage, England)is an English professional footballer who plays in central midfield for English Championship club Norwich City. Club Career Lathrope started his at Cambridge United after being signed up by now Norwich City Academy Director Ricky Martin. When Camridge United dismantled their youth setup, Ricky re-signed Damon for Norwich City Academy. Lathrope started his career at Norwich City Academy as a first year scholar in 2006/2007, with Glenn Roeder, Norwich City Manager, then offering him a two and a half year professional contract after impressing him during the clubs reserve team matches. Although Lathrope has not yet played a senior game for Norwich City, he has made 11 appearances for the reserves in the 2007/2008 season, and 16 for the under 18's, scoring three times. The game is a Hidden Object Game that takes place in a Hotel. It is in the same genre as Hidden Expedition. The object of the game is to find your way out of the hotel. Game Play The Core Mechanic of the game is to find a list of items hidden in a picture of a room. The items are concealed by several other objects in the room. Each level is composed of one or more rooms, accessible from a central hallway location. The level has a timer of twenty minutes and the player is required to find a sum total number of items from all of the rooms combined. This number is always less than or equal to the total number of items hidden in all of the rooms. If a player is stuck in a Room, then they have the option of returning to the hallway to search another room. Hints are also given to the player: Each level starts with 5 hints. The player has a change to win more hints by finding special objects in the room that don't have a title, but are instead indicated by a silhouette. Mini Games The game also has Mini Games. These games are short and are optional to play. They take place between levels and are used to charge the elevator in order to have enough power to proceed to the next level. Mini games are not counted towards the game time. The games are: Word Machine: The premise of this game is to use a grapple claw to catch letters as they scroll by on the screen. These letters spell a word. If you catch all of the letters before the game clock expires, then you win the mini game. Code Lock: This is a Simon-esque game where you are played a pattern of symbols that light up and are required to reproduce the sequence. The game gives you three tries. Each time the sequence is changed, but the length remains the same. As the levels progress, the sequence becomes longer and the speed increases. Energy: This is a game where little blue sparks shoot across the screen from all directions, converging generally in the center of the screen before shooting off the other edge. The goal of the game is to catch these energy balls by clicking on them with the mouse as they pass by. A certain number (displayed in the tope center of the screen) needs to be catched before the timer runs out. Match-3: This game is a simple clone of the match-3 game mechanic as popularized by Bejeweled. The player needs to fill a bar by matching three or more like images. Only adjacent images can be swapped and only if they result in a match. The bar slowly dissipates as time marches forward. Ropes: In this game, a set of pegs are placed on the screen and are connected by ropes. Each rope has two end points although each peg may serve as an end point for more than one rope. The premise is that any two rope segments that intersect each other are colored red. The ropes that are not intersected by any other segments are colored white. The goal is to uncross all of the rope segments by dragging the pegs with the mouse. When the puzzle is complete, all rope segments are white. Scoring When the game is completed the sum total of time spent in the rooms are added together. Each level allows for 20 minutes and there are 15 levels in the game. The maximum time score a player should receive is 5 hours. This time score only counts times sent in rooms looking for items. BACC ist a train protection system used in Italy on high-speed lines (lines with a top speed of 200 km/h or more). The term is an abbreviation of Blocco automatico a correnti codificate (automatic block system with codified currents). It is an extension of RS4 Codici. While RS4 Codici is a simple cab signalling system that only requires the driver to acknowledge any change in the aspect of the next signal, BACC also continuously monitors the train speed and computes braking curves according to the train´s length, mass, and braking ability. The information is conveyed by superposition of two amplitude-modulated alternating currents in the rails (with a carrier frequency of 50 Hz and 178 Hz, respectively). Receiver coils in front of the first axle of a locomotive or control car are used to detect the signal. IDGAF has been known to mean I Don't Give A F--k. IDGAF Clothing (www.idgafclothing.com) has been seen throughout the country. ESPN, MTV, Entertainment TV have all shown stars wearing the clothing line. Shaq O'Neal and other NBA Stars, NFL Stars, Movie Stars, Rock bands, and Rappers have all represented the IDGAF label. The 2007 Super Bowl Champion Indianapolis Colts wore the line at their celebration. Started as an underground clothing line, IDGAF is becoming main stream and is growing at a rapid pace. The reviewer comments appear below the article text. {{Infobox Wrestler}} Bronko Sandor Lupsity (December 25, 1925-August 11, 2007) was a Hungarian-born Canadian professional wrestler, manager, referee and promoter. Known by his ringname Bronco or Bronko Lubich, he and Aldo Bogni were veteran "heels" under manager "Colonel" Homer O'Dell competing in regional territories for the National Wrestling Alliance throughout Canada, the Pacific Northwest, Midwest and Southeastern United States throughout the 1960s. He and Bogni were particularly active in the Charlotte-area where they feuded with the Flying Scotts. They also had memorable feuds with George Becker & Johnny Weaver, Rip Hawk & Swede Hanson, Lars & Ole Anderson and Mr. Wrestling & Sam Steamboat. Lubich also appeared as both a wrestler and manager in Texas during the early 1960s, most notably as the manager and cornerman of then NWA United States Heavyweight Champion Angelo Poffo from 1961 to 1964, and was often known to use his cane as a foreign object to help his men score victories. It was in this role that he became a well-known booker and promoter in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He spent his last year as an active wrestler in Texas teaming with Chris Markoff where the two feuded with Mr. Wrestling & George Scott and Johnny Valentine & Wahoo McDaniel. After his retirement, he joined Fritz von Erich's World Class Championship Wrestling as head referee and part of the booking team for the promotion until its close in 1990. He is remembered by modern wrestling fans as one of its most visible referees, especially after WCCW began airing on televised events, and was involved in several major angles and storylines in the promotion. He was the official for many high-profile matches including the long-running feud between The Freebirds vs. the Von Erich family. He was also recognizable by his distinctive "slow counts" when a wrestler attempted a pinfall. He was considered a highly respected official by wrestlers in the territory, according to interviews with former WCCW mainstays Scott Casey and Bill Mercer, and advised fellow wrestlers on both their professional careers and financial matters. Lubich, with Skandar Akbar, also had a small part in influencing the careers of several younger up-and-coming wrestlers including Mick Foley , "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and manager Percy Pringle. Career Lubich was born Bronko Sandor Lupsity in Batonja, Hungary on December 25, 1925. His father moved to Canada and was eventually able to save enough money to bring his family over by boat to Montreal where they settled in December 1937. During his teenage years, he began working out with his friends at the local YMCA and took up amateur wrestling. He excelled in the sport and was selected to represent Canada in the 1948 Olympic Games, but he did not compete having broken his arm while in another competition prior to the Olympics. Although choosing to continue his amateur career, he also started work at an aircraft factory shortly after to support his family. It was while working out at the Montreal YMCA that he met local wrestlers Harry Madison and Mike DiMitre who suggested a career in professional wrestling. He was initially trained by DiMitre and made his professional debut in 1948. At 6-foot, 175 pounds, he spent his early career as a lightweight wrestler under the name Bronko Lubich and began teaming with Angelo Poffo by the late 1950s. In 1959, during a match between Poffo and Wilbur Snyder in Detroit, the referee was knocked unconscious. When Snyder attempted a pinfall, Lubich entered the ring and knocked out Snyder with his cane and revived the referee in time for Poffo to score a pinfall instead. This was the first time a manager had directly interfered in a wrestling match and, at the time, was one the biggest televised angles. A rematch between Poffo and Snyder at the Olympia Stadium was attended by 16,226 people. In 1961, Lubich made his debut in the Dallas area as the manager of Angelo Poffo. For three years, the pair would become one of the most hated "heels" in the territory. On a number of occasions, his interference saved Poffo from loosing the NWA United States Heavyweight Championship. He and Poffo also held the WCWA Texas Tag Team Championship defeating Pepper Gomez & Dory Dixon in Houston, Texas on May 12, 1961. They held the titles for a month before loosing them back to Gomez & Dixon on June 1. He and Poffo left the territory undefeated in 1964, Lubich moved on to Mid-Atlantic territory where he would remain for the majority of his career. It was during this time that he was teamed with Aldo Bogni, in part due to the advice of promoter Jim Crockett, Sr., with their in-ring personas portrayed hostile foreign wrestlers. They were joined by manager "Colonel" Homer O'Dell, and later George "Two Ton" Harris, who quickly became one of the top "heel" tag teams in the territory. O'Dell reportedly carried a revolver and sometimes fired it behind the arena to scare off fans who sometimes waited for them outside after the event. He and Bogni were later "sold" to Harris who participated in 6-man tag team matches with them. Lubich would continue teaming with Bogni in the Carolinas, Florida and Stampede Wrestling up until the early 1970s. They faced many of the top stars of the era including the Flying Scotts, George Becker & Johnny Weaver, Rip Hawk & Swede Hanson, Lars & Ole Anderson and Mr. Wrestling & Sam Steamboat. He would also win the NWA Southern Tag Team Championship with Bogni defeating Eddie Graham & Lester Welch for the belts in West Palm Beach, Florida on March 11, 1968 before loosing the titles to Jose Lothario & Joe Scarpa the next month. During the last two years of his wrestling career, he formed a tag team with Chris Markoff with whom he later won the NWA Florida Tag Team Championship from Ciclon Negro & Sam Steamboat in Tampa on October 25, 1969. They lost the titles to the Missouri Mauler & Dale Lewis on March 14, 1970 after a four-and-a-half month reign. In January 1971, he returned to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in what would be his last year as a wrestler. Joined by manager George "The Blimp" Harris III, he and Markoff feuded with longtime rivals Mr. Wrestling & George Scott as well as Johnny Valentine & Wahoo McDaniel, the latter team being considered one of the great "dream teams" of the era. He and Markoff were later approached by photographer Geoff Winningham to participate in a photoshoot for Life during a wrestling event in Houston. He was later quoted in the book Friday Night in the Coliseum describing life as a professional wrestler: {{cquote|People are right when they say this is a violent sport. But when I am in the ring it is a different story. I am out there to beat my opponent. And he is trying to beat me. Then it comes down to dollars and cents.}} Lubich and Markoff won the NWA Big Time Wrestling Tag Team Championship twice before his retirement in 1972 to become a full-time manager. He managed many of the top "heels" in the area including Bobby Duncum, Sr., The Spoiler and Boris Malenko with his men frequently battling Gary Hart and his stable throughout the rest of the decade. When Fritz Von Erich began promoting Southwest Sports, Jim Crockett, Sr. recommended Lubich to help go into business with von Erich. He also began refereeing for the promotion and, in 1973, refereed the NWA World Heavyweight Championship match between Jack Brisco and Harley Race in Houston. He would go on to referee matches in The Sportatorium, the North Side and Will Rogers Coliseum in Fort Worth as well as weekly appearances at venues in San Antonio, Corpus Christi and Houston. Both he and Poffo had been involved in investing stocks and bonds with Merrill Lynch early in their careers and Lubich later advised other wrestlers on investing in the stock market and other financial concerns. After Kevin Von Erich decided to close WCCW in late 1990, Lubich retired from professional wrestling. Although he and his wife had planned to travel following his retirement, both he and his wife suffered from poor health. His wife Ella was diagnosed with cancer in 1997 and died in 2004. Lubich as well had prostate cancer and suffered several strokes resulting in difficulty speaking. He died at his home on August 11, 2007 and buried at Restland Memorial Park. He is survived by his three daughters, Kathy, Maria and Melonie.
