Better In The Dark Tour

The Rogue Traders announced their 30 date "Better In The Dark Tour" in early March. Rogue Traders will tour from 29th April to 8th June 2008, playing at many venues around the country. This is the last chance for fans to see them on tour for approximately two years, due to the solo career Natalie Bassingthwaighte will be focusing on in the next year. An extra 6 dates were added, these were under 18's soundchecks for the afternoon, before a concert in the evening, usually only accommodating for people over the age of 18. This brought the total number of dates up to 36, spanning over approximately 1½ months. The tour kicked off at the Regent Theatrein Yarram, Victoria on 29th April. They included songs from all three of their albums. Rogue Traders surprised many of their fans, playing their first top 10 single "One Of My Kind," a re-working of the INXS classic "Need You Tonight", but this time sung live by Natalie Bassingthwaighte. They also perform a cover of Sinead O'Connor's hit "Nothing Compares To You". They played all the singles from Here Come The Drums and all but two songs, "8th Wonder of the World" and "The Price We Pay," from their current album, Better In The Dark. The band opened with Watching You, followed by Don't You Wanna Feel. The show ended with the most successful song, Voodoo Child, from their second album Here Come The Drums. They played a total of 30 dates plus 6 soundcheck dates, spanning over 1½ months. Gone for Tomorrow is a Christian Punk/Alternative Band From Varrious Towns on Long Island New York. Started in December of 2007 in only 7 months Gone for Tomorrow has become the largest Christian Punk band on Long Island. Started By Cousins Mel and Eder Silva form Massapequa New York, the band progressed with the addition of Dan Daily of Saint James New York. Next they grabbed the open Jazz Drummer from their church who proved to be just as good at Jazz as Punk. Finally the band made its final induction by hiring the well known Long Island Guitarist Jeremy Stein. Along with a list a long list of shows at places such as the knitting factory, Crazy Donkey and Jones Beach Nokia Theater. "Jillz" is a mix of cider, malt and sparkling water with a taste of fruits and is being called a "sparkling cider blend". It contains 5 % alcohol per volume. This drink by Dutch brewer Heineken is is only available on draught. Heineken has developed the drink with women in mind who do go out but are not attracted to the drinks commonly offered in pubs and bars. Heineken conducted research that pointed out 63 % of all women do not like the bitter taste of beer. Jillz doesn't contain any hops. Hops generally add a bitterness to the taste of beer. The services were similar to those operated by Silver City Airways. At various times, services were offered to Le touquest, Ostend and Geneva. In conjunction with british railways, they also offered a foot passenger service approximately hourly from Liverpool St station, London, to stations on the Ostend - Brussels line of Belgian National Raiways, which must have been the first such frequent service offered across the English Channel. The company seems to have been merged into British United air ferries, but more information is needed. At the time, services were featured in the company's own publicity, Cooks Continental Timetable and British Rail publicity. Early Life Mike Aguggia was born to Paul and Amy Aguggia on October 9, 1989 in New York. His parents met while they attended and ultimately graduated Duke Law School. The Aguggias moved ,when Michael was young, moved to Montgomery County, MD and ultimately settled in the Washington D.C. suburb of Bethesda. From kindergarden to 2nd grade Michael attended Our Lady of Mercy in Potomac and for the third grade, he transferred to the The Heights School. At the Heights he was a standout athelete which included playing on the basketball and lacrosse teams. However, Mike really stood out was on the gridiron, and although the Heights does not have a football team he was highly recruited by several top private schools including, Gonzaga College High School and Georgetown Prep, however he ultimately settled on the sports powerhouse Dematha High School in Hyattsville, MD. High School Mike began his career at Dematha as a standout on the freshman football team starting on both sides of the ball. However, he ultimately at the urging of his gym teacher, Dick Messier, who is also the wrestling coach at Dematha, decided to take up the sport. Coach Messier said the following when recruiting him to the team, "He has a natural wrestler's build, Messier said, and a bit of a mean streak, although he is also something of a class comedian." Born on March 20 1983 in Vancouver, British Columbia to parents Kalvinder and Inderjit Bassi. Bassi, a Sikh muslim, has one brother and one sister. Bassi played high school football at North Delta school. There he bacame the team captain and earned All-BC honors on both sides of the football. Bassi was then recruited to play college football in the NCAA for the Oregon Ducks. He played college football at the University of Oregon from 2001 to 2005. In 2005 he was drafted in the 4th round (108th overall) by the British Columbia Lions in the 2005 CFL draft. Unable to come to an agreement over a contract Bassi became a free agent. Bassi is currently on the negotiation list of the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He is yhe younger brother of award-winning actress Kyra Sedgwick. In 1984, Sedgwick made his debut on the television soap opera Another World as Hunter Bradshaw. During the 1980s, he appeared in several Hollywood movies, such as Staying Together, Morgan Stewart's Coming Home and Nasty Hero. In the 1990s, he appeared in the films, such as Tales from the Darkside: The Movie, Die Hard: With a Vengeance and Vibrations. In 2005, Sedgwick appeared in the film Loverboy alongside his sister Kyra, brother-in-law Kevin Bacon and nephew and niece Travis and Sosie Bacon.
