VOODOO CHURCH is an America Deathrock band formed in Hollywood, California. The band consists of Tina Winter, Robert (Bob) Reimer, Tony Havoc, Djane Darlin' Grave and Randall Cole. History[edit]In the Early years, Voodoo Church co-existed and played shows with such bands as Christian Death, 45 Grave and Super Heroines. The release of their self titled EP became out of print and very popular in the underground Goth and Deathrock scene.
At the end of 2004, thier long awaited full-legnth CD "Unholy Burial" was released on Strobelight Records. Due to strong demands and anticipation from retail stores, the CD was publicly released a month early and received many accolades from Goth magazines in Europe including being voted “Record of the Month” by Zillo Magazine. "Unholy Burial" contains the songs “New Death” which was featured on a FOX Television show and “Ragged Souls” for the independent film, “Animals on Drawbridge”.
In 2005, Voodoo Church played live in Europe for the first time at the WGT festival in Leipzig, Germany. They played at WGT's largest hall to a maximum capacity crowd after Diary of Deams and before The Human League. Early Life[edit]As a child Shaun Summers was exposed to computer games such as Crash Bandicoot and Halo. Shaun was also exposed and addicted to online computers games including Kings of Chaos and Rune Scape, there may have been many, many more but were never made public. As a child Summers was very aggressive and had a tendency of grabbing people by the neck in attempt to inflict pain. Shaun did not realize that at his tender age of 12 he was unable to inflict any pain what so ever but by the age of 14 his chocking grip was considered lethal. By 13, Shaun would never miss one Raw or Smackdown and would often watch ECW. His passion for wrestling grew and he trained at his school GYM from 4:00 AM in the morning until he was forced to leave and be at form room at 8:30 AM. His muscles we expanding and he found it increasingly difficult to handle small items and children as he would often crush them in the palm of his hands. At 14 years of age Shaun was given the title of 'Shane O Mac' after one of his heroes of modern day wrestling, Shane Micmac and he was also entitled the theme song 'Woman' by Wolfmother by the BWWE (The Board Of World Wrestling Entertainment). He was on the Road To Stardom.
Disaster Strikes[edit]On November 19th 2007 Shaun had a pancreas attack which forced him to remove his pancreas at Glengary Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Scientists all over the world were scratching their heads in confusion as it was not humanely possible to live without a pancreas, a vital organ in the digestive system but Professor Palmer from UWA (University of Western Australia) came to a realistic conclusion. The muscles that Shaun had developed throughout his child was replacing his pancreas's place in is digestive system. His biceps and triceps were producing the digestive enzymes that he needed to live just as his pancreas had.
The Road To Recovery[edit]Shaun on his 15th birthday picked up his first 10kg weight in 3 and a half months and the legend is he did 942 reps on his left arm (this was increasing difficult for Shaun partly because most of the enzymes were produced in his left bicep, and he was right handed). Shaun chocked his friend Jacob Copley for the first time in 16 weeks after the operation. Jacob was in intensive care for 2 months. 38 weeks after the operation Shaun played his first game of monopoly since the operation and built 3 hotels on the reds. From that moment on every new that 'Shane O Mac' was back.
2008[edit]Shaun Summers formerly known as 'Shane O Mac' currently known as 'Sheep Shaven Haven Laven' is now retired at the age of 15 and lives in a quite Suburban Street. He often still has a game of monopoly or two and still frequently chokes people as it is in his nature. Shaun Summers is a legend of WWE and his moves and theme song will live on for a lifetime.

Known to the English as Captain Newcastle and Colonel Fairfax, had numerous names known to other Native American tribes including Canachquasy, Cashuwayon, Ah Knoyis, Kosshoweyha, Cashiowaya and Cashunyon. Biography[edit]Although much of his early life is unknown, he was born to Queen Alliquippa of the Mingo Seneca and presumably grew up along the three rivers (the Ohio River, the Allegheny River, and the Monongahela River) near present-day Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is first recorded as Canachquasy, the leader of a band of ten young Mingo warriors whom he led from Kuskuskies to Philadelphia arriving in the city on November 11, 1747. Delivering news of French activities in western Pennsylvania, the first reports to be heard from outside the colony, he later addressed the Pennsylvania Council that he and his group were representatives of the "Six Nations". After leaving the capital, he spent the winter living with the Nanticoke Indian Tribe at the mouth of the Juniata River. In November 1753, his name was listed as one of the Mohawk chieftains "now entrusted with the conduct of public affairs among the Six Nations". As allies of the British, he accompanied his mother to travel with a group of Mingo Seneca to Fort Necessity to assist George Washington. While staying with Washington in June 1754, his mother requested that he might let her son be taken into Council given her failing health. Calling his Indian allies, Kanuksusy was presented with a medal which Washington asked him "to wear it in remembrance of his great father, the King of England" and was named Colonel Fairfax after the Virginia colonist Thomas Fairfax. He was told this signified, "the First in Council". Although neither he or his mother participated in the Battle of the Great Meadows on July 3-4, during a meeting of the Philadelphia Council he was personally commended by Governor Robert Hunter Morris as one of seven Indian chieftains who fought under General Edward Braddock at the Battle of the Monongahela the following year. He was, however, critical of Braddock's actions during the battle commenting on "the pride and ignorance of that great General that came from England. He is now dead; but he was a bad man when he was alive; he looked upon us as dogs, and would never hear anything that was said to him. We often endeavored to advise him and to tell him of the danger he was in with his Soldiers; but he never appeared pleased with us, & that was the reason that a great many of our Warriors left him & would not be under his Command." [1] On August 22, Kanuksusy led a delegation to the Pennsylvania state house where he met with Governor Morris and members of the provincial council as well as Andrew Montour, Conrad Weiser and other intermediaries to discuss, among other issues, the defeat of General Edward Braddock by a combined force of French and Native Americans the previous month and efforts to enlist the aid of Indian allies. During this meeting, he was honored by the British for his services and bestowed "an English name" by Governor Morris who stated:
Six months later, while at another council meeting with Governor Morris, he was "adopted" by the Iroquois as a colonial messenger and given the name Ah Knoyis. [2] He and Teedyuscung were appointed by the Philadelphia council as official agents regarding Indian transactions for the colony on July 20, 1756. [3] Living among the hostile tribes of the Upper Susquehanna for a year, he acted as a messenger and spy for Governor Morris before returning to Philadelphia where he died from smallpox in November 1756. SAE at a glance In 1995, the Greeks abroad joined forces for the first time forming “Greece of the World”. A presidential decree instituted World Council of Hellenes Abroad (SAE) to consult and advise the Greek State on issues concerning the Greeks abroad. A firm demand and vision expressed by World Hellenism finally materialized enjoying broad political consent. The Founding Assembly of the World Council of Hellenes Abroad convened on November 29 through December 8, 1995 in Thessaloniki and elected the dynamic Andrew A. Athens from Chicago, USA, to the presidency (1995-2006). SAE initially comprised of four geographic Regions managed by an 11-member Presiding Board, while Thessaloniki became established as SAE’s permanent headquarters and “capital city” of World Hellenism Maturity and solid experience acquired over the years consolidated the belief that SAE can evolve into an organization with a great future. The implementation of Law No. 3480/2006 gave SAE new impetus guaranteeing its consultative, advisory, assertive and supportive role to the Greek State. The 6th World Convention in December 2006 elects Stefanos P. Tamvakis to the president’s office. The biggest challenge and SAE’s main goal is to establish cooperation, offer support and unite World Hellenism making it even stronger. SAE’s main goal is to bring together the Greeks of the Diaspora creating a global Network aimed at planning and materializing programmes for the benefit of the Omogeneia to be subsequently conveyed to the Greek State thus fulfilling its role as an advisory and consultative body. The village heart is based aroud the playing fields, and pavilion, where many sporting activities take place, mainly football. Antigona Furiosa is a play by Griselda Gambaro and is an adaptation of Sophocles' Antigone. It was written in protest of disappearances and killings by the Argentinian government during the "dirty war." It contains only three characters: Antigone, the chorus leader, and a single chorus member. Antigone plays herself, Ismene, and Haemon. The chorus leader plays both himself and Creon. Plot Summary[edit]The play starts with Antigone hanged, a crown of wilted flowers on hr head. The chorus leader and chorus member (Antinoo)are drinking coffee. Antigone removes the noose from arund her neck and begins to sing. She then asks what the chorus leader is drinking. He tells her it's coffee and offers her some. She says no, that it's dark like poison. He grabs the word, saying "yes, I'm poisoned, I'm dead!" and proceeds to make fun of her and her unburied brother. The present and past mix together through the rest of the play, and the three of them re-enact Antigone's brothers' deaths and Antigone's burial of her brother. Antigone explains her fear, but how she acted in spite of it. Antinoo and the chorus leader continue to mock her, telling her women can't fight men and men's laws. Antigone enacts the dialogue between Ismene and herself. The chorus leader explains that Ismene tried to die with her sister, but Antigone told her no. Then Haemon "arrives" and antigone acts his role as well. Haemon at first acts indifferent, nuetral but proceeds to explain to his father that others can also think and that they think Antigone has been wrongly condemned. He tells his father Antigone will not die alone. Creon (played by the chorus leader), furious, calls Antigone to be killed in Haemon's presence but Haemon won't allow it. Antigone is then being taken to her death, with speeches about injustice. Creon torments her with phrases like "Did you see the sun? Did you like it? Good, now stop!" Antigone at first fights, but comes to accept her death. she then recounts how Tiesias comes and predicts the bad fortune of Creon. Creon pardons Antigne, but it is too late; she has hanged herself. When asked why by the chorus leader, she explains tat she was afraid hunger and thirst would wear her down, hat at the last minute she would be reduced to pleading for her life. The three then recount Haemon's suicide, with Antigone asking "Why did you prefer nothingness to pain, Escape and not defiance? You doubles my loneliness." Creon is then informed of Eurydice's death as well. He feels guilty and pained, but says he forgives Antigone for calling this curse down upon him. Antigone rejects his forgiveness and states that she would always bury her brother if she could do it all over. And Antinoo says Creon would then always punish her. The chorus leader says that she would then always die. "My child, you don't need to call to death. She comes on her own. Hurrying her is fatal." Antigone feels mocked. "Will the mockery never end? My brother, I can't resist these walls I don't see, this air that's heavy like a stone. The thirst. I will drink and still be thirsty, my lips will crack and my tongue will turn dense and turn me mute. No! I reject this "mercy" they have shown me, which serves to hide their cruelty. With my mouth wet with my own saliva, I will go to my deat. Proudly, Haemon, I will go to my death. and you will come running and stab yourself on your sword. I didn't know. I was born, to share love and not hate. (Pause.) But hate calls. (Furiously)The rest is silence! (She hangs herself. With fury.) Sources[edit]Friedman, Valdivieso, and Virgillo. Johnnie Baima, better known as Sandie Crisp or The Goddess Bunny, is a transvestite and actor who has become something of a cult icon in underground LGBT circles. As a child, Baima suffered from polio and lived in many different foster homes where it is said he was sexually abused. His frail physique and limited mobility are due to an attempt by doctors to strengthen his spine with a steel rod when he was young. The rod was never removed or adjusted, affecting his posture and growth. In 1983, he modeled for photographer Joel-Peter Witkin in Los Angeles for the photographic work Leda which has appeared around the world. Baima also had a brief cameo in Marilyn Manson 's music video for The Dope Show. Filmography[edit]
