Controversy Burns caused a stir in local circles in December 2003 when he initiated proceedings against several local councils for not providing adequate recreational facilities for children in the states orphanages. After substantial media coverage of the campaign, the matter was settled out of court, with several new parks and recreational facilities planned as a result. The Shifting Bottleneck Heuristic is a procedure intended to minimize the makespan in a job shop. It is intended for job shops with a finite number of jobs and a finite number of machines. The makespan of a job shop is defined as the time when the last job leaves the system. The Shifting Bottleneck Heuristic is used for job shops that have precedence constraints for the order that the machines must be used for each job. The processing time of each job on each respective machine is given. It should be assumed that only one job can be performed on each respective machine at any given time. Job j being performed on machine i is denoted ij. The objective is to determine the schedule that will produce the shortest makespan. The first step is to draw out the precedence constraints on a graph. For each node on the graph, the first number represents the job being performed and the second number represents what machine is being used. At this point, the throughput time of each job should be calculated by adding up the processing times that the job takes on each of the machines. After the throughput time for each job has been calculated, the makespan for the system is determined by the longest throughput time for the jobs. The next step is to determine which machine is currently our bottleneck. This is done by considering the production time, denoted pij, that each job takes on each respective machine, the release time of each job on each respective machine, and the due date of each job for each respective machine. The release time, denoted rij, is determined by adding up the processing times of all of the jobs that have to be performed on the machine before the respective job can be performed. The due date, denoted dij, is determined by subtracting the processing times of the jobs proceeding the job on the respective machine from the makespan. Once all of this is determined, the minimum lateness for each machine needs to be determined. This is accomplished by finding the path for the each machine that reduces the maximum lateness that is seen for all jobs on the respective machine. Once the maximum lateness is determined for each of the respective machines, the machine with the largest maximum lateness is our bottleneck. If there is no maximum lateness on any of the machines we are finished and one can draw all of the machines’ optimal sequences in the job diagram. If there are two machines with the same maximum lateness, either one can be chosen for the bottleneck. All of this work is considered the first iteration. Once the bottleneck has been determined, the path for the machine needs to be included in the drawing of jobs. This new path can be considered the disjunctive constraints and they need to be taken into consideration when determining the new makespan. The new makespan will be the old makespan plus the maximum lateness of the machine determined to be the bottleneck. The next step is to perform a new analysis for each of the remaining machines. The differences now are there is a new makespan, and the precedence constraints need to be considered as well as the disjunctive constraints when determining the release date of each job on the machine. The longest path to get to the respective job, coming from comparing the processing times of the preceding jobs for disjunctive constraints and precedence constraints, will be the new release date. The due dates will be the time that the given job can be finished on the respective machine and still have enough time to finish the job on the proceeding machines within the makespan. The proceeding jobs are known from the precedence constraints. This is considered the second iteration. Again, determine which machine is our new bottleneck. The new makespan is the old makespan plus the maximum lateness from the new bottleneck. Again, if the maximum lateness on all machines is zero then use all the paths for our disjunctive constraints on the drawing and the makespan is still the same as it was before. Keep repeating this process until all machines have been accounted for or the maximum lateness is zero on all respective machines. Each time the process is repeated, it is considered an iteration. We draw all of the disjunctive constraints on our job and machine diagram. At this point the shifting bottleneck heuristic is complete. The drawing should now include all precedence constraints and all disjunctive constraints. The final makespan is the original makespan plus all of the maximum latenesses from each of the respective bottlenecks. It is the lowest amount of time needed complete all of the jobs given these machine and precedence constraints.

Disambiguation[edit]One reason a Grey Hat might consider himself to be grey is to disambiguate from the other two extremes: black and white. It might be a little misleading to say that Grey Hat hackers do not hack for personal gain. While they do not necessarily hack for malicious purposes, Grey Hats do hack for a reason, a reason which more often than not remains undisclosed. A Grey Hat will not necessarily notify the system admin of a penetrated system of their penetration. Such a hacker will prefer anonymity at almost all cost, carrying out their penetration undetected and then exiting said system still undetected with minimal damages. Consequently, Grey Hat penetrations of systems tend to be for far more passive activities such as testing, monitoring, or less destructive forms of data transfer and retrieval. A person who breaks into a computer system and simply puts their name there whilst doing no damage (such as in wargaming - see) can also be classified as a Grey Hat. Examples[edit]Trudy[edit]Alice sets up a site for Bob on a server run by Isaac. Isaac's server is on a network with Trudy. Unknown to Isaac, his server has a security flaw. Trudy finds the flaw and uses it to monitor Bob's site, because his server runs a different OS and she wants to find out how it's configured. But Isaac has had problems with Mallory. Mallory finds the flaw and uses it to gain access to the server. Mallory then uploads a complex logic bomb that would fry Isaac's server in three days. Trudy catches Mallory uploading the doom-code. She waits until Mallory leaves then proceeds to remove the logic bomb so that she can continue to learn how the server was configured. Arga Unga Hackare vs Antipiratbyrån[edit]In 2006, a Swedish ISP was raided and servers were seized that contained torrent files which provided users the ability to download warez (illegal software) and some legitimate content. This move was applauded by the international media industry, such as the MPAA. A few days later, a Swedish hacker group known as AUH (Arga Unga Hackare, translates to "Angry Young Hackers") defaced the website of Antipiratbyrån (Anti-Piracy Bureau), Sweden's biggest organisation working to stop piracy. Arga Unga Hackare is generally regarded as a group of Black Hats. However, in this case, it may be argued that this particular action was grey. The defacement was unusual, because AUH published information which became the basis for a nationwide discussion regarding the abuse of Swedish legal resources, and possibly criminal acts supervised by international anti-piracy industry. The servers of the raided ISP were found containing warez, but as AUH was hacking Antipiratbyrån, they found evidence in the form of private emails that showed that Antipiratbyrån had used an infiltrator to put the illegal software on the ISP's servers. The infiltrator worked under the nickname Rouge or Rogue, but AUH identified him with real name, address, and Swedish personal identification number. He was shown to be wanted by Swedish authorities for criminal acts. AUH also published e-mails that loosely linked international anti-piracy agencies to these actions, but the e-mails did not show to which extent the case was known outside of Sweden. In the next few days, other sources provided evidence that strongly suggested that:
The credibility of Antipiratbyrån was badly injured, and they did not deny the allegations. Eventually, Antipiratbyrån and the ISP reached a settlement, and did not publicly debate the incident further. So, Black Hat tactics and skills were used by AUH. However, they were used to unravel what many consider to be an unethical and criminal conspiracy, which possibly had international ties. These are typically grey shades of ethics; while the methods employed by AUH can be considered unacceptable and unethical, they were used to uncover even more unethical and possibly criminal actions on the part of Antipiratbyrån. The current website of Antipiratbyrån is located at http://www.antipiratbyran.com/ . See also[edit]References[edit]

Before becoming a touring musician, Lee spent his early years growing up in Gardena County, Los Angeles, CA. Adopted by his grandparents at an early age gave him quite an extensive family line, His mother, who is his grandmother by blood, had 3 children of her own and worked many clerical jobs. Lee's Father who's relation is strictly by adoption and marriage brings 4 children of his own into the mix, and was both a Air Force Retired Master Sgt. and an Engineer for NASA/Hughes Air Craft. After his father retired from Hughes, the family moved the family to Niceville, Florida, where Lee attended Rockey Bayou Christian School, Ruckel Middle School, and Nicevill high school. While in Florida, Lee, started using music to get through the many aspects of growing up. Throughout his freshman year of highschool, Lee began forming bands. starting with a pop punk band called Gilt which only lasted a few months and moving on to Blank Contract, and eventually settling with PullTaB, which grew to be one of the largest Pop-Punk bands in the Niceville area. PullTaB was together for an entire year released a 6 song split EP and sold out of every copy, It was during this time that Lee started to gain interest in the business aspect of music, and become known throughout the southeast. At age 16 Lee started 1318 Productions in conjunction with friends and band members in order to both help promote PullTaB as well as build a better music scene and help other struggling bands. Lee and his friends built a stage in the basement area of his fathers house and started having concerts two to three times a week at his own house. Many touring bands came through and alot of people will tell you that at 1318 house shows is the place where they first saw live music. It was also in this house that many bands were given the opportunity to practice and build their craft, one of the most notable being Forever Changed, which Lee played drums with on many occasions while they were writing songs or just playing music for fun. In 2002 1318 Productions was officially renamed Blasted Records, with help from his family, Lee began working hard to make his label grow, signing several local and regional bands and just helping promote and guide them as he had learned on his own. At age 18 and after several other musical endeavors Lee was given the chance to join AgnostA the most popular band in the area at the time. After one try-out with the band Lee became the official drummer for AgnostiA. In January of 2003 Lee left highschool to focus on the band and touring. Finishing his first major tour with the band in July, he returned to Niceville more excited about music than ever before, but two weeks after his return AgnostiA came to an end. with the breakup of his dream band he decided to start working hard on Blasted Records again quickly signing Bitter Dominion(one of the new local favorites) changing their name to Antaeus and filling in on Bass until December, where he decided that being stuck in Niceville just wasn't for him. First thing January 2004, Lee grabbed his acoustic guitar, and a small amp and hit the road, touring for almost 90 days hitting as much of the U.S. as possible. Until he received the phonecall he'd been waiting for. Peter Armstrong the guitarist from AgnostiA had moved to Atlanta, trying to get things ready for a new band idea and wanted to have Lee right there with him on Bass. Putting Blasted Records and the rest of his life on hold he quickly headed home packing his things and heading to Atlanta, Lee arrived in May of 2004 and began writing songs with his friends. It wasn't a month later that the band had finalized upon the name Vis Vires, and headed to Navarre, FL to record their 3 song E.P. with a grueling practice schedule of 4 hrs a day 5 days a week, the band set out in July of 2004 on an extensive set of touring covering the entire southeast region and building a very strong fanbase. After almost 5 months of regional touring Vis Vires went into Ledbelly Sound Studio with Producer Matt Washburn, it was here that Lee decided that he would never leave the music industry. They finished their first Full Length album titled "Inside The Hate" Lee reopened Blasted Records just to release the album, which is currently still being sold online in Interpunk.com. Due to the noteriety of Vis Vires, Lee started becoming known as a strong artist management person as well as label owner, signing more bands to his label like The Sensory. [performing at End of the Line Cafe in Pensacola 2004 with Vis Vires] Sadly however Vis Vires came to an abrupt end in August of 2005, and Lee packed up his things and headed back to Niceville in hopes of creating a band of his own and hitting the road full time. Since that time, Lee continued expanding Blasted Records, signing more artists like These Words Are Water and Lucy as well as gaining more recognition amongst the industry. Lee also began putting everything he learned in the recording studios in Atlanta to use by opening Blasted Recording Studio. Lee also continued writing songs and auditioning members for his own band which he named The Martyr, however because of lack of dedication, The Martyr slowly fell apart. September of 2006, These Words Are Water whome he had signed to Blasted the previous year suddenly began looking for a new drummer. Lee though long and hard and finally asked to audition for the position, at the end of his first practice with the band he became an official member of These Words Are Water and finally felt back at home with music. Lee is currently touring with These Words Are Water and running his record label Blasted Records. Married to Betty Lou Taylor May of 2006, They have one son Logan Alix Lee and are living in Niceville with plans of staying in the area. You can find These Words Are Water online at thesewordsarewater.com and myspace.com/thesewordsarewater. [performing at The Downtown Brew in Ft Walton with These Words Are Water]

The Legend of Brick Day On October 15, 1879, Ezekiel Fairweather decided to give up his masonry business in Tuscon. He gazed out over his stock of bricks, neatly stacked in cubic yards, and mournfully repeated the word that proved his undoing: adobe.. adobe.. adobe. No one wanted his quality English brickwork in the burgeoning Southwest, preferring the indigenous form of masonry in the area. Having put all his money into establishing his brick factory, he had lost everything. So, he did what any sane man would do in the same situation — he headed for a saloon and commenced to get drunk. He walked in and sat down, pathetically clutching one of his bricks to his chest like a parson holding the Good Book. He set the brick down on the bar and ordered a drink. "Well there pardner," said the jovial bartender, "whachew got that brick fer?" Fairweather took in a deep breath, slowly lowered his glass, and said, "It's Brick Day, fuckface." Brick Day is celebrated annually on October 15 by calling in too sick to work, going to a bar, and drinking all day. Faithful celebrants (as opposed to shiftless drunks) are recognized by the brick sitting on the bar next to, or under, their beer (and a cheap beer, this is the East Bay Punk Scene, not some nancy CAMRA session). The headquarters for Brick Day celebrations is the venerable Oakland dive bar and cultural institution, the Stork Club. How to Celebrate Brick Day 1. Sleep in late.

Men hvorfor?
- Price - Product - Place (Distribusjon) - PR (Markedskommunikasjon (bl.a. reklame)) - Personell
Baltie is a programming language in the first place for learning programming in elementary school and high school i.e. for kids and young. The difference between Baltie and another programming languages is in the fact that Baltie use icons insted of written text (in Baltie 4 C# text commands are allowed). Baltie's history[edit]Icons languages Baltie 2 and Baltie 3 were developed by Czech company SGP Systems in 1996 and next version in 1999 from the language called Baltazar (1993) and are based on C language. Baltie 4 C# is already based on C# Baltie 2[edit]Baltie 3[edit]Baltie 4 C#[edit]Baltie 4 C# is a educational programming language which is a continuator of Baltie 3. As a first version of Baltie. Programmers can use text commands (not only icons as in previous versions). Is based on C# language, contains compiler and built-in debugger. So creates executable files which can be executed without Baltie IDE. Code is written as object oriented programming. Users can choose whether they use primary icons (graphical reprezentation of text commands like for statement or if statement) in the icon editor or text commands in the text editor. Icon commands are converted to the C# code which is compiled. Baltie contains a special window called C# code preview where a user can see his icon commands and correspondent C# code. This is very useful for learning young and kids which have no experiences with programming at all. The bigged noficeable change in Baltie 4 C# is a complete 3D environment with Baltie character (or without for older users). Baltie 4 C# consist of following modes: 3D interactive mode with Baltie, 2D interactive mode with Baltie, 3D(2D) programming mode with Baltie, 3D(2D) programming mode, Console programming mode and C# programming mode where icons are completely hidden and model editor. Allen "master" Matsumoto is both a Democrat and Republican. He is both a socialist and a capitalist. He also loves mathematics, and spend his free time solving math equations. He also loves reading and contemporary poetry, and spends long nights studying the dictionary. Mr. Matsumoto teaches Calculus at the Winter Sports School in Park City, UT. He enjoys confusing his students, and making them feel mentally "special" every chance he gets, while systematically teaching them absolutely nothing.

Prior to joining The Smithereens, Jornacion performed in various pop-oriented L.A. bands, most notably as a member of The Masticators and as guitarist for Cockeyed Ghost. After a period of substituting for founding bassist Mike Mesaros for live shows, Jornacion became a full-time member of the Smithereens in 2006, playing on their subsequent Meet The Smithereens and Christmas With The Smithereens albums. Until joining the Smithereens, Jornacion generally did not publicize his last name, credited on albums as simply "Severo." Leaflets can take many forms and are described in various ways. Small leaflets used to promote bars or nightclubs are commonly referred to as flyers. Leaflets overprinted with an individual's address and distributed by post are usually classed as direct (or junk) mail. A folded leaflet is sometimes referred to as a pamphlet, whereas some people class a high quality leaflet printed onto thick paper as a brochure. Leaflets are not defined in UK law but HM Customs and Revenue state that leaflets normally: - consist of a single sheet of paper not greater than international standard A4 in size; - are intended to be held in the hand for reading by individuals (rather than for hanging up for general display); - convey information; - are supplied in sufficient quantity (at least 50 copies) to permit general distribution; - and will either be of an ephemeral nature (designed to be read a few times and then thrown away) or be designed to accompany some other product or service, for example an instruction leaflet. In the UK most leaflets are classed as VAT zero rated. Airborne leaflet propaganda, whereby thousands of leaflets are dropped from passing aircraft, is a form of psychological warfare that militaries use in foreign conflict to alter the behavior of people in enemy-controlled territory.

N-DUBZ are Dappy, Tulisa and Fazer. Dappy is a singer, song writer and producer, and has already five 12" releases under his belt. He is mainly influenced by 2pac, Eminem, Dr.Dre, and Byron. Tulisa is Dino`s cousin. She is a singer/songwriter and the brains behind N-DUBZ. Coming from a musical family, she began writing songs when she was only 9. Fazer started 'spittin' and writing songs together with Dappy when he was 11. Now 18, he co-produces and writes. For the past 7 years, N-DUBZ have been singing and working together around the London and South-Coast club scenes. They have been also play-listed on commercial radio stations including London's Choice and Bournemouth's Fire 107.6 FM. They first performed as Lickle Rinsers Crew with their "Bad Man Riddim" anthem. Their second single, "Life Is Getting Sicker By The Day," attracted nationwide pirate radio support. Their last release, "Better Not Waste My Time," was number one on Channel U for 5 weeks before dropping out and then rising again.

Bidets are primarily used to wash and clean the external vulva and the anus, as well as the skin near these areas, including the perineum. They may also be used to clean any other part of the body; they are very convenient for cleaning the feet, for example. Despite appearing similar to a toilet, it would be more accurate to compare it to the washbasin or bathtub. In fact, the bidet is used by some for a baby bath, though there are some who recommend against this. [1]. Users who are unfamiliar with bidets often confuse a bidet with a urinal, toilet, or even a drinking fountain. The user should use the toilet before using the bidet; its purpose is to wash afterwards. It is generally understood that the user should sit on a bidet facing the tap and nozzle to clean the genitalia, or with their back to the tap and wall to clean the anus. Bidets are made in several different designs. They may have one tap which pours (usually warm) water into a china basin. The basin can be plugged and filled if necessary, or the water can be allowed to drain away. Other bidets have a nozzle which propels an arc of water up into the air. This jet of water is angled to easily attain the perianal and genital area.

1. The Early Years[edit]Dying In Vain was formed in 2001 with guitarist [Brandon Smith] and drummer [Ryan "Poor Ritchard" Ritchie]. During this time the underground punk scene in South Jersey was failing and Dying In Vain sought out to solve that problem. During 2001-2003 they played parties and small shows in the South Jersey area. They were known for their more upbeat pop punk, rather than the hardcore music that was being heard at the time. In 2004-2005, things slowed down due to the increasing demand for hardcore metal music in their community, but they still tried to play the music they loved without changing their style. In 2006, a big break came through when Brandon Smith hosted a rock show at a local church, (in which he was kicked out of for the complaints of parents), and Dying In Vain opened the show. The P.A. speakers were blown and the amps were not sounding good, but the people still loved it...that is except for the vocals, (which Brandon was the vocalist).
2. Brandon Smith[edit]Brandon Smith was born on September 18, 1991 in Dennisville, New Jersey and when he was three years old he moved and grew up in Rio Grande, New Jersey. He grew up playing sports and listening to punk rock music. In 1999, when he was just eight years old, he saw a band he had never heard before called Less Than Jake. He had never heard ska music before this point and it inspired him to try to play an instrument. He first picked up an acoustic guitar in 1999 and did not know how to tune the guitar at the time. He tuned the guitar the drop d tuning without any knowledge of what is meant to tune a guitar. He didn't like the acoustic too much at the time and wanted to play what the "real musicians", as he called them played. He picked up his first electric guitar in 2000 and practiced almost 9 hours a day before and after school. In 2000, on a fateful bus ride on the first day of fifth grade, he saw his friend Amanda from third grade and her brother, who he remembered from Little League, Ryan Ritchie. He told Ryan about his punk influence and his guitar playing. Ryan had said he had just got a drum set and hadn't played that much. Brandon and Ryan both agreed to have practice.
3. Making The Band[edit]The first Dying In Vain practice was September 14, 2000 at Ryan Ritchie's house. Brandon recalls this incident as; "It was like hearing Sonny and Cher make love to a diabetic horse...It was just awful. Neither one of us knew how to play and even what a melody was, let alone how to make a hit song." After about 5 months of practicing, they had gotten much better and had a full, decent song down. This song was never named and is never played at any Dying In Vain concerts. When asked why, Brandon said, "That song always was a horrible idea and the chords were not decent or singable...but it was unique, and for that I can be proud of it." In 2001 they decided, jokingly at first, to name their "Band". The first name was "A Walk In The Park", a name thought up by Ryan Ritchie. This was their name until late 2002 when they decided to name their band "Flyswatter", after the 1992 demo of Blink-182. Nobody thought the name was good but they kept on playing shows and recording demos on Brandon's "Crappy cassette recorder".
4. The Demos[edit]The first demo they recorded was in 2003 called "Azabooboo", after Brandon's friend Ray had convinced him it was a movie where Bugs Bunny has destroyed the earth, when he was five years old. This featured their first five songs, which were just instrumental. Shortly after was the next demo featuring rhythm guitar player, B.J. Manyak. This was called 'The Demo of Death" and featured one of their most popular songs, "Crystal", which was a huge hit with the ladies because of the soft and soothing feel to it. Their most recent demo is called "This Town", about living in New Jersey and is expected to sell over 500 copies on Brandon's independent label, [Fester Records]. It is going to be released January of 2008.
5. Shows[edit]After many trial and error demos not selling at all, they just kept playing shows until their big break at the infamous "March 3rd Show" on March 3, 2006, where they earned more local respect and got many more shows added to their list. The "Save The Scene Show" on April 13, 2007 was a big feat for Dying In Vain, playing with such bands as The Sheckies and Bear Mace. This led to more respect and once again more shows. From then on, basement shows, garage shows, and shows in odd places at odd times followed and more people knew the names of these kids in this punk rock band. Shows are still a huge part of Dying In Vain's career and will continue to be until they're too old to rock.
6. New Members[edit]After years of trying to find a bass player, they found amateur bass player, Joe, who went to Ryan's school. He was amazing and still plays bass for the band. A month later, a very attractive young lady named Erin a.k.a. JEZUZ, came to audition as singer. She was amazing and still sings for the band and will be recording the demo with them in the studio, making it the first Dying In Vain studio album, and the first album to be completely with vocals.

The Sport of Cone ShreddingOriginating in 2006, cone shredding is a little known extreme sport involving only a cone and one's ability to "shred" or in other words, perform tricks on the cone. Tricks may range from flipping to twisting to clearing gaps, and resemble tricks done on skateboards, however, tricks can only be done using one's feet and occasionally hands. Inventors and Practitioners[edit]Invented as means of entertainment in 2006 by Derek Debenham and Wess Musso, this sport is only practiced by a few elite St. George athletes. A movement is spreading across the city and prospects are high for this extreme sport.
