Inter-protocol exploitation is an attack vector discovered in 2007. It is defined as one protocol attacking a service running a different protocol. An attack of this type will be successful if the carrier protocol can encapsulate the exploit code which can take advantage of a target service. Also, there may be other preconditions depending on the complexity of the vulnerability. One of the major issues security professionals are concerned about is the potential for this attack vector to reach through firewalls and DMZs. Inter-protocol exploits can be transmitted over HTTP and launched from web browsers on an internal subnet. An important point is the web browser is not exploited though any conventional means. South African Patent Act and CIPRO[edit]In terms of the South African Patent Act 57 of 1978, the Companies and Intellectual Property Registry Office (CIPRO) is the custodian of all new patent applications that are filed within the Republic of South Africa. An individual can privately file a provisional patent application. However, only a patent attorney can file a non-provisional patent application and assist in drafting the patent specification. It is essential that the content of the patent specification - referring to the definition and description of the invention - is clear, coherent and concise so that the patent is assured the maximum protection. Protection is granted for twenty years from the filing date of the non-provisional patent application.[3] Provisional and complete specification[edit]If a South African inventor applies for a patent, the application is accompanied by a provisional or complete specification. A provisional specification is lodged at CIPRO if the inventor is still testing or developing the product or process. The provisional specification affords temporary protection for 12 months, extendible locally for three months, and forms the basis for a complete patent application and foreign patent applications. Once the invention has been fully developed and tested, a fresh patent application, with complete specification, is filed. If the product or process has already been technically finalised from the start, only a complete specification is lodged.[4] Patent search[edit]It is important to note that the responsibility for ensuring that the application is valid resides with the applicant. South Africa is a non-examining country. This means that CIPRO does not investigate the novelty or inventive merit of the invention - only the form or documentation is verified and not the substance of the product or process. For peace of mind, the inventor can make use of the services of a qualified patent attorney to investigate the existence of previous patent specifications that relate to the relevant invention. This procedure, although expensive, may negate possible future litigation procedures and unnecessary financial expenses. It is crucial that an international patent search should be conducted, especially if an inventor wants to commercialise a product or process in foreign countries. The same applies for a patentee, who wants to commercialise an invention and who does not want to infringe someone else’s patent. A search should then be conducted at the South African Patent Office.[5] Patentable invention[edit]Section 25 of the South African Patent Act, Act 57 of 1978, specifies that a patentable invention includes new inventions in the fields of trade and industry or agriculture. However, this act excludes: new discoveries; new scientific theories; new mathematical methods; new schemes, rules or methods for performing mental acts, playing games or doing business; new computer programs; and presentation of information. Even if an inventor’s product or process falls within the scope of the excluded categories, patent attorneys may be able to draft the patent specification in such a manner that the invention gets legal protection.[6][7] Patent Cooperation Treaty[edit]South Africa is a signatory of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). This means that creative South Africans are able to file both national and international applications. This is in line with the supranational recognition of intellectual property restrictions within the context of globalisation.[8] International inventive step requirements[edit]South African criteria for originality of an invention are analogous to those of most of the First World, e.g. Europe, USA, Japan and Australia. However, South Africa's inventive step requirements differ from some of these countries. Consequently, the International Search Report and the International Preliminary Examination Report should be consulted when examining a South African application. This will indicate whether the PCT International Specification as filed and as published should be amended when filing a South African application. Importantly, such a step lessens the possibility that a South African patent, which may be granted on the application, will be deemed invalid on the grounds of lack of inventive step.[9] Patent Journal[edit]A useful resource for patent researchers in South Africa is the Patent Journal. It publishes information on patents and other related topics on a monthly basis. This publication is available at the Government Printers in Pretoria. Guglielmo Belstaff was born in 1655 in the village of Greve in Chianti. The second son of Massimo Belstaff, he spent his early years working on the family's vineyard. At some point in his late teens he left Greve and went on to study engineering at the University of Florence. Records show that he was an undistinguished student. After leaving University Guglielmo began an ill fated career as a swordsman during which time he lost two fingers and part of his left leg. It was whilst recovering from one of his many injuries that he discovered gardening and garden design. During the late 17th century Guglielmo's career and reputation was made. His radical stripped down garden design became the fashion for aspiring members of the Royal Court in the 1680's and 1690's. Unfortunately, by the turn of the 18th Century his womanising had meant that he lost his sponsors in Court and he ended up emigrating to England. Although receiving a number of minor commmissions he eventaully faded into relative obscurity. His descendents settled in and around Lancashire England. I am writing about a 6 year old boy, Joey A. Putnall. He has a real talent for surfing. He could swim at 18 months old and started training to surf at 3. He now competes against older 10 to 12 year olds in local contests and does really well against these older boys. He trains everyday and know this is what it takes to do good. He has been featured on Fox13TV sports on our local televison and has been in a number of surfing magazines already at age 6.This can all be verified by contact to FOX13 here in Tampa and Eastern Surfing Magazine in Melborne, FL.Joey, lives in Plant City, FL. and attends kindergarden.He also is on the website-Indoboard.com, a training board for balance that surfers train on. He has 4 photos of him there using this balance training board. He's a good student and is interested in our space program and hope to work with NASA when he is older. An compatibility of software and hardware/firmware will become very important. Here an overview of IPv6 compatibility of commonly used software and hardware is given. This is only a general overview, as any ipv6 support might be lower sub-par, on par with respect to ipv4 support, or it might even be implementing more advanced ipv6 features which do not exist, or are optional, in ipv4 support. Strictly speaking, the characterization "IPv6 Compatible" can not possibly encompass the spectrum of possible levels of ipv6 support. Specificy, IPv6 mobility is a relatively new optional ipv6 feature, and might or might not be implemented. Standardization As organisations are implementing and requiring ipv6, they specify "profiles" which specify requirements suitable for their organization. Examples of such profiles are from the us DOD[jitc.fhu.disa.mil/adv_ip/register/docs/disr_ipv6_product_profile__v1.doc] and ... . Software Operating systems Most modern operating systems have support for ipv6. Linux: kernels 2.6.x and up have ipv6 support. Mobility support is growing. Support of the commonly installed GNU software varies. Microsoft Windows: Support for ipv6 in windows XP SP1 is solid. However, not all features of the operating systems are supported over ipv6. Windows CE.net 4.1 also supports ipv6. Windows vista and Windows Server 2008 features an single common ipv4/ipv6 stack, ipv6 is enabled by default, and ipv6 pathways are attempted before ipv4 pathways.  Slaughter Joe, (AKA 'Joe Foster', real name Boudwijn de Kadt), is a musical artist, historian, former child actor, and record producer, active from the 1970s through to the present day, who was part of the Creation Records roster, and indeed one of the founders of the label, producing most of the early releases. Previously he had been a member of The Television Personalities, Biff Bang Pow and several other bands. His music was noise pop, much like the early work of The Jesus and Mary Chain, for whom, in 1984, he produced the debut single, 'Upside Down'. He was also responsible for producing Felt's 'The Pictorial Jackson Review' album for Creation in in 1988. In 1986 he released the album 'All Around My Hobbyhorse's Head', and in 1991 a second album, Pied Piper of Feedback. His complete sessions, with material worked on by his band, which featured Dave Musker (ex-Television Personalities), Tony Barber (ex-Buzzcocks) and Francis Sweeney (from The June Brides), were released as the CD Zé Do Caixão in 2003. Joe Foster continues to run the critically acclaimed Rev-Ola record label (originally a Creation subsidiary). He is currently working with a number of artists including Eugene Kelly, BMX Bandits, Norman Blake, The Fine Arts Showcase,Zoe, Control Freak, The Cake, Roger Nicholls and A Small Circle Of Friends, Evie Sands, The Wondermints, The Ecstasy Of St. Theresa, The Telescopes, Brian Jonestown Massacre, and Richard Olsen. He was apparently recently working on vocal arrangements and production for artists in Mexico City and doing work for the British Council, as well as working on projects with Alan McGee and Andrew Loog Oldham in various Latin American countries; whilst there he introduced a series of shows on Mexican national radio, narrated some 'talking books' for an Argentinian label, and appeared in a number of Telenovelas in Colombia. Hope for Happiness

Robert Wyatt begins the song with a drum roll and double-tracked vocals of his usual high-pitched breathy singing voice. Wyatt would continue this style of singing with only the playing of his drums, while he would add delay and reverb to his vocals in many of their live shows. The song takes a major turn at 1:41, when it changes into a fast paced british pop-style song. The song segues into "Joy of a Toy," in which segues into "Hope for Happiness (reprise)." The reprise of the song is almost exactly the same except Wyatt's voice is louder, and his drumming style is more agressive. "Hope for Happiness (reprise)" segues into "Why Am I So Short?" It lives in the mystic realm, so it may appear in a spirit form. The Tokeloshe is feared in rural areas of Sotuh Africa inhabited by the Zulu's. It is said to enjoy sour milk, it also targets those who use "snuff tobaco."
