In Bubble Struggle 2, one plays as a devil character dressed in a trenchcoat, yellow T-shirt and bright orange shorts. Bubble Struggle 2 is characterised by colourful backgrounds that are different for every level and a simple, light-hearted game design. The object of the game is to destroy dangerous bubbles, that bounce around the screen, by splitting them into smaller components and finally destroying them altogether. The current version of the game has 67 levels and a high-scores system allowing players to save their best scores. The game stores the top 10 scores only, but allows you to view what rank you are at. Game features[edit]Players start off with three lives at the beginning of the game. If the player touches a bubble he/she automatically loses a life. Extra lives can be collected and shields can be used to protect the player. However, if a bubble touches the shield, it is lost after several seconds and the player is left vulnerable once more. However the bubble that touched to shield is popped. While the shield is fading, if a bubble hits it the player is not damaged. Various items can be collected by splitting bubbles. These include various weapons, extra lives, shields, extra points and a slow-mo item. In all levels of a red time bar sets a limit on the amount of time a player can spend on a particular level. When the time runs out, the player automatically loses a life. Points are mainly gained by popping bubbles, thus fewer combos results in more points. The time that is left after completion of a level is also converted into points at the end of each round. Additional points can be gained by collecting 'triangles' which drop out of popped bubbles and by shooting without missing. Triangle items are present in 500 (brown triangle), 1000 (silver triangle), and 1500 point (gold triangle) versions. Finally, an item with a green 'M' can be picked up, which initiates what is known as the "Bubble Mode". This slows down the movement of all the bubbles and causes them to go into a state of 'slow-motion'. This does not affect the player or speed of the weapons and therefore, during this mode, the player can destroy bubbles more quickly, assuming they are not blocking his/her path by being close to the floor. The game can be paused by selecting the menu button near the lower right Tools and weapons[edit]Bubbles can be split and destroyed using various different tools. Normal weapon[edit]The normal weapon is the tool the player starts off with at the beginning of each level. This shoots a wavy white line with an arrow at the top, leaving a trail until it hits a bubble or comes into contact with the ceiling, at which point it disappears. In two-player mode, the second player has a blue weapon Ice vine weapon[edit]The spiked weapon is similar to the standard tool, except that upon hitting the ceiling, it remains in place for several seconds before disappearing, allowing players to be less accurate with their shots. It is also useful for destroying bubbles on levels with icy platforms. This weapon is the Bubble Struggle 2 equivalent to the Spike Weapon in the original game. Flower weapon[edit]The third weapon is the flower weapon, which has a higher shooting rate and fires shots that travel faster than those of the other weapons. Thus, it is useful for destroying bubbles in quick succession and for getting large 'combos'. However, unlike the previously mentioned weapons, it does not leave behind a trail that can destroy bubbles and it must therefore be fired with accuracy. It is an up-graded version of the Laser weapon from the original game. Double Harpoon weapon[edit]The final tool is double harpoon weapon. It allows the player to shoot two of the normal weapon at once. It becomes very useful when trying to destroy multiple bubbles at once. Items[edit]Various items can be collected in Bubble Struggle 2. Triangles[edit]Gives the player extra points (see above in Game Features) Dynamite[edit]This item, which appears as a red circle with a yellow circle surrounded by four triangles inside, pops all bubbles to Size 1. This becomes useful in Levels with little bubbles, but can be very harmful in levels with multiple bubbles. Extra Life[edit]This gives the player an extra life. Freezer[edit]Resembling a white ball with a blue asterisk in the center, this freezes all bubbles in place for ten seconds, preventing them from harming you and making them easy to shoot. Shield[edit]This item places a blue shield around the player that prevents the player from damage. If a bubble hits the shield, the bubble pops and the shield vanishes. Invincible Shield[edit]This up-grade of the shield places a red, invulnerable shield around the player, that will prevent damage for eight seconds. Boots[edit]A rare item that, when picked up, increases the player’s speed. Slow Motion[edit]A green circle with an M inside it, this item slows the motion of all bubbles for ten seconds. Extra Time[edit]Resembling a yellow circle with an arrow pointing left, this item increases the duration of the time bar. In level 45, with the exception of a shield and a gold triangle, this is the only item in the entire level, do to scarce time. Medal[edit]A very rare item that resembles a yellow circle with a white star in the middle, this item pops every bubble in the level, instantly advancing you to the next level. Bubbles[edit]Bubbles of various different colours and sizes are encountered throughout the game. 'Size 1' bubbles (the smallest) can be destroyed with one shot. 'Size 2' bubbles split into two 'Size 1' bubbles with each shot. In turn, 'Size 3' bubbles split into two 'Size 2' bubbles, and so on. Bubbles come in almost all colours of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Unlike the original game, there is more than one type of bubble. Normal Bubble[edit]The normal bubble that needs to be popped to continue the game. Inner Core Bubble[edit]A new type of bubble introduced on Level 10. Every time it bounces off the wall or floor, the inner core disappears or reappears. This type of bubble can only be destroyed while the inner core is visible. Pentagon Bubble[edit]This is a new type of bubble in the shape of a pentagon. Unlike other bubbles, these bubbles do not land back onto the ground after bouncing, but rather bounce off the walls and ceiling and fly around the area. Inner bubble Bubbles[edit]These bubbles have the appearance of having two bubbles inside them. Unlike other bubbles, these bubbles split into four instead of the normal two. Black Bubbles[edit]These bubbles are the exact opposite of a normal bubble, bouncing off of the ceiling and never touching the ground instead of the other way around. They can prove tricky to pop. Save File[edit]Unlike the original game, which had level codes, this game asks before you start for a username. If one gets a game over on a level, they can resume the game from that level. Game strategy[edit]There are two general ways one can approach the game. The game can either be played for speed and overall enjoyment, or, alternatively, the player may try to amass the greatest number of points possible. This latter strategy ideally involves as few combos as possible and only on the smallest bubbles if at all. The lack of combos means the player has to destroy the bubbles quite rapidly in order to avoid the time running out on any given level, especially the latter ones. This strategy usually involves systematic popping of the bubbles, whereby the smallest ones are destroyed first (and, in the case of the final level, moving bubbles are attacked before an attempt is made to split stationary ones). Levels[edit]Bubble Struggle 2 currently has 72 levels. Similar games[edit]The game Super Buster Bros. for the arcade and SNES is in many respects similar to Bubble Struggle. Saima started out in Lollywood at a time when Anjuman absolutely dominated the scene. Anjuman had become so busy that some producers started becoming increasingly frustrated at their progress being slowed due to the fact that the lady couldn’t supply dates. They decided to search for an alternative and this is where Saima started making her initial inroads. In May 2007, Saima announced that she and Syed Noor had been married for 2 years. According to her it was kept secret due to professional reasons involving her career. German American Internment is a little known part of American History. Under the authority of the Alien Enemy Act of 1798, over 11,000 Germans and German Americans were selectively detained and interned at the start of WW II. In many cases, the families of the internees were allowed to remain together at Internment Camps throughout the US. In others, families and even children were forced to fend for themselves. Limited due process was allowed for those arrested and detained.

The instant replay game (or "The Catch II") refers to a 1998 Wild Card game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Green Bay Packers at Candlestick Park in January 1999. The lasting image of the hard-fought battle is that of Terrell Owens - who was having the worst game of his young career marred by several dropped passes - snaring a Steve Young pass on the last play of the game between two Green Bay defensive backs for the winning touchdown as time expired. But the game was mired in great controversy for an infamous no-call that took place a few plays earlier during that same drive. On a pass that was caught by Jerry Rice (his only of the afternoon), replays showed that he clearly fumbled the football and that the Packers had recovered it, but the referees ruled that Jerry Rice was down by contact and thus the 49ers kept posession of the football. The impact of this game was far reaching, as the NFL cited this incident (as well as several others that occured around the league during the 1998 season) as justification for reviving the instant replay system for the 1999 season. The game was observed by many as the last great moment of the 49ers historic run of 16 consectutive seasons of at least 10 wins, as they fell to the eventual NFC champion Atlanta Falcons in the divisional round, and tumbled to 4-12 the following season with the loss of future hall-of-fame quarterback Steve Young for the season due to a severe concussion. The Packers would also enter a tailspin of sorts as Head Coach Mike Holmgren left to take over the Seattle Seahawks in the offseason and the team fell to 8-8 the following year under the leadership of Ray Rhodes. It wasnt until the 2001 season that both teams would eventually return to the NFC playoffs. Sources[edit]68.198.5.147 17:43, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

La Otra ("The Other (Woman)") is a Televisa telenovela that aired in the summer of 2002 in Mexico and the fall of 2002-February 2003 in the United States on Univision. It stars Yadhira Carrillo, Juan Soler, Jacqueline Andere, and Sergio Sendel. It is approximately 90 episodes. In the first episode, the opening scene takes place on a dark, stormy night when a woman named Bernarda is taking her 2 daughters, Carlota and Eugenia, to a mansion. A funeral is occurring there and the people inside do not want the three of them there. They are treated rudely. Finally, the youngest man in the family throws them out into the mud and tells them to never come back. The next scene is years later when the actual plot begins. Carlota appears to be an artistic recluse type and Eugenia appears to be obsessed about boys, particularly one named Roman Guillen. Little does she know that Roman is the one that threw her out in the mud so many years ago. Another dark secret about Roman is that his father had an affair with Bernarda years ago, and that their child is Carlota! Bernarda is very obsessed about keeping all the inheritance money for herself, so she does not allow anyone to even think about dating her daughters. Despite her mother's firm objections to any relationships, Eugenia has a one-night stand with Roman, causing her to become pregnant. When her mother finds out, she throws her out of the house. Eugenia goes with the housekeeper Tomasa to a tiny pueblo miles away. She even marries a young man named Santos who will raise the child with her as if it were his. Meanwhile, Carlota is having a little romance of her own. She begins to fall in love with a doctor named Alvaro. They meet in the first episode, but it isn't a very friendly meeting. He parks his car in front of the house when she is supposed to pull her mother's out. They have an argument, but the rude vibes eventually turn into romantic ones. Carlota and Alvaro date each other behind her mother's back, but they eventually tell her the truth: they want to get married as soon as possible. For some strange reason, Bernarda permits for the wedding to happen. Meanwhile, Eugenia is on the verge of having her child, and her mother goes to the pueblo to visit her. During an argument between her and her mother, Eugenia goes into labor. The delivery has complications, and Eugenia dies, calling for permanent guilt and misery upon her mother. Tomasa secretly takes the baby away before Eugenia dies and gives it to Santos, vowing with him to keep this whole matter a secret. When Eugenia's corpse is delivered to the house, Bernarda lies to Alvaro and tells him that Carlota is the one in the coffin (he never knew that she had a sister). Overwhelmed with grief, he goes away to live with his parents on their ranch. He meets Cordelia, a young lady who is identical to Carlota. They eventually marry and have a daughter named Natalia. Ten years later, Librado (Eugenia's child) and Natalia are ten years old; Carlota is still a recluse; Bernarda still bullies her daughter; and Alvaro misses Carlota, which causes a strain in his marriage with Cordelia. Will Carlota and Alvaro ever see each other again? Or will Cordelia completely take Carlota's place as La Otra? Find out! Sources[edit]75.21.202.151 21:11, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Since the completion of the redevelopment of the Bitterne District of Southampton in the early 1960's, Bitterne Bowl has been a prominent building and business in the area. Originially cited on the thriving thoroughfare out of Southampton, the area became pedestrianised as part of the Bitterne bypass in the 1980's. Whilst many businesses struggled, Bitterne Bowl went from strength to strength, being refurbished in the late 1980's, 1996 and 2006. This traditional tenpin bowling centre has remained an integral part of the community. John Howard of Botley is current manager at the centre, since 2003, and with his team have won a series of accolades including AMF Traditional Bowling Centre of the Year 2005.
