A PRF may contain budget and purchase values in order to make the individual aware of the annual and remaining budget before a purchase is made. Such a system is there to guarantee that goods and services are purchased with the consent of the line manager and that a sufficient budget is available. It is not to be confused with a payment request form which is a sheet of paper that is filled in to describe what is being purchased and the cost of the item. Singer songwriter born as Jeroen Alexander Damen on 23-6-1975 in Amsterdam. After what he calls 'a childhood in a constant dreamworld'. At the age of 11 he picks up a pair of drumsticks, and start playing with leonard Lucieer (his nabour) and Maarten van den broek. they played namely on the street, un der city theather of Amsterdam on the Leidseplein. They got a lot of attention because there weren't any bands playing on the street of 12 year olds, playing the hell out of there instruments, mostly Hendrix tunes. after 3 years they where asked to audition for a youth theather project, called Basta. They toured with the musicall that has over 30 young actors, all around the main theathers of The Netherlands. Dressed up like the Blues Brothers and barely 16. After the show was finished, John was playing mostly on jamsessions at night in the city. Mosty without any knowledge of his mum. Almost every day you could find him as a verry driven young talent on drums. In the day time he practised and selftought to play guitar, vocals, keyboard and songwriting. at the age of 17 he was picked up by a band called Obscure Groove, and together with vocalists Wendell Morrison and Marian Rolle they recorded there debut album 'orders please'. Album wasn't a succes, aldo the some people in the business reconed the band was about to make a grande break through. John had co written some tracks, and stunned the other, much older band members, with his song ' sentimental break'. The years after that till he was 24 he played with hundreds of bands. almost constantly playing live all around the world, but mostly in the Netherlands. In the day time he spend almost every day 8~12 hours in an attic where a friend had a little studio, consisting of a 4 track, a keyboard workstation and a DAT recorder. Here is where he refined his writing skills, he has recorded over 300 ideas, wich he calls his lessons. Most of these recording where lost, due to the fact he didn't have much money to buy new cassettes and him choatic nature. It isnt a petty, some has still remained and formed a basis for his current work, wich still counts over hundred recorded songs. "one day i packet my drums up and i knew it, this was not my future". At the age of 24 he stopped playing with bands, and practically never played a gig on drums again. Still today people who have seen him play drums, still hope he will play again. "I got fed up backing up people, that where trying to tell me what to do, while in fact i was covering there mistakes". For two years John wondered around not knowing exactly what to do. He folunteared for a charity programme in Zimbabwe, raising money and going there to help the smaller local people that where trying to do good, while the country was suffering too big problems to get helped by the bigger organisations. he travelled a bit in the states, mostly in the south. "people told me i was crazy to go to Alabama, there would be only rednecks. Yeah they are there, but show me one place where racism is a stranger, i have met some of the kindest and warmest people there, with a good grip on the political situation in the world. There's treasure everywhere". After two years he decided to apply for the highly acclaimed, Dutch academy of film, in Amsterdam. After 4 years he becomes master of arts in film making. Altho studied for sound design, after workign on a few motion pictures during his study, he gets asked to make a film for a law firm just after he graduates. The past two years he has made a living working as an director for short films, documentairies and commercials. Aldo half way his study, he picked up playing with some friends, in a bar. playing the songs he wrote, mostly during his early years. Many songs wich got re-written, find there roots in the earlier experiments. John never liked his names when it comes down to exposure. There for its verry difficult to track down exactly what he has done. people whisper he has written some of the biggest hits, around, some wich are still playing today. Unfortunately, since almost any new project is done under a different name, and John never cared about song right s or contracts, it will be a secret taken to the grave by John Filterkick. " My performing and writing works will be a gift to the world. Achiement is not a static state, the way to achievement is a static state". Currently he is working under his old pseudoniem John Filterkick. He is performing low key with his band Filterkick. The writing of songs, and the making of films is an static factor. About 10 % of his work is traceble, aldo many people who have seen him play his songs, will have to say, there is some different. The USS Haines, a Buckley class destroyer escort, High Speed Transport ship, was built as the USS Haines (DE-792) in 1943, but was redesigned and recommissioned as APD-84 in 1944. It's build was sponsored by Mary V. Haines and the first person to be in command of the Haines was Lieutenant Commander Elmer Powell. The Haines was laid down on 17 May, 1943 at Consolidated Steel Corporation in Orange, Texas. Once the Haines was put into commission, it was sent into duty for World War II. Haines was sent throughout Europe, from France, to Italy, and even to Egypt. After serving its duty in Europe, the Haines was sent to the other side of the world to fight in the Pacific. The Haines traveled to a variety of islands, including Okinawa, Guam, and the Japanese mainland. One of the more significant things the crew of the ship had done was doing a report of Hiroshima after the atomic bomb was dropped. Crew member, Thomas Magnifico, said "The only thing standing was a concrete smoke stack." The ultimate fate of the Haines after WWII was to be sold for scrap parts in 1960. K&C Video was one of the first video labels in Australia and released tapes on the VHS and BETA formats. Originally based in the Sydney suburb of Yagoona, they later moved to nearby Chester Hill. The company eventually spawned two sub-labels, GO Video and Starbase Video. All three specialised in horror, cult, sex, and exploitation films. First Satanic Church of Sydney

The First Satanic Church of Sydney is an Australian-based organisation. The organisation was established and registered as a non-profit organisation, on the 29 of October, 2006 (also known in the Satanic community, as Anno Satanas.) The organisation originally started out as "The Satanic Resurrection" but had changed that name after discoveries (unknown to the public) regarding former members of the organisation. The group was founded by Matthew Leigh Schnider (known within the organisation as Magus/High Priest Matthew Schnider) who still remains the acting High Priest. The organisation does base its 'inspirations' on the names such as Aleister Crowley, Anton Szandor LaVey, Ayn Rand, Edgar Allan Poe, Freidrich Nietzsche, H.P Lovecraft, among others. According to the organisation, they are an anti-Church of Satan organisation. Stating in an interview in late November of 2006, Matthew Schnider came forward and stated "The Church of Satan simply besmirch Satanism. All they represent is a herd mentality. Pseudo-religionst twits, who hold The Satanic Bible, and Dr. LaVey as a sacred doctrine. If there is anyone who has come close to living up to LaVey's legacy, it's his daughter Karla LaVey. The Church of Satan have managed to turn the organisation into a revenue-raising, Church of self-deceit." The interview caused mass caos throughout the Satanic community. When asked, the organisation stated "We care not for pseudo-religionists. If they have a problem with us, then it's of their own ignorance and stupidity." Rumours have also surfaced regarding the number of members within the organisation. The German Administrative Office came forward, and announced that no-such information would ever be handed out to the public or even its own members. As their website clearly states, that no personally identifiable information will ever be released. Including the number of Active and Registered members. The total of members, is estimated to be in the 3,000 mark. In February 2007, the group officially released its United States Headquarters, in Arizona. The Headquarters (also known as a Grotto) was granted a Grotto Master, Magister Zach Marshall, to be its main Administrative Officer and Agent. In the same month of 2007, the group also officially released its German Headquarters in Berlin, Germany. The Grotto Master was and still remains Magister Mitchell Bernasconi. Agents[edit]Agents in The First Satanic Church of Sydney, are Active Members who can be allowed to act as Spokespersons for The First Satanic Church of Sydney, and speaking on behalf of the organisation, regarding the Philosophy. A registered member cannot speak on behalf of the organisation, and does not act as a Spokesperson, or Grotto Master. Active Membership[edit]Active Membership holders, are members who converse and comute with other local members within their area. Active Membership must be applied for. Jetz Rampage

The Jetz Series was created with by the late Shawn "Shawn64" Noel (??-2006) (herinafter referred to as S64). There are four games in the series, the last (Jetz Rampage 4) being one of the last games created before S64 took his life. The games have individually won various competitions. In the games, a protagonist (Jetz) rages against the world, and the police, by destroying cities with various deadly weapons. The story is the sequel to S64's Galaxy Arcade 2. During the four games, the appearance of Jetz changes. In the first Jetz game, he appeared as a human in a red suit with a jetpack. In Jetz Rampage 2 and Jetz Fusion, though, he wore blue and a helmet. Finally, in Jetz Rampage 4, Jetz wears white armor, which becomes damaged as the player loses health. When Jetz appears in an S64 Infection crossover, he wears the blue suit and helmet. S64's movement scheme in Jetz sparked a lot of interest in the Game Maker community. The use of relative speeds in Jetz was almost unknown before its creation. He was respected for his "creativity and productivity" (citation needed) and the Jetz movement scheme eventually made it into other games created with Game Maker. The movement is based on a lack of friction, and thus there is no minimum or maximum speed. Some may think this difficult to control, but find that in fact it is not. S64 rates the Jetz Rampage series as [MA 15+], due to the blood, gore, and violence expressed within the game. Of course, one could discover this easily, merely by looking at the many amounts of weapons available in the game: Pistol, Chainsaw, Water Gun, Grenades, Rocket Launcher, Sniper Rifle, Megagun... the list continues. Not all of these features are immediately available, though. One of the great draws of Jetz is the fact that some things must be bought or unlocked. Jetz starts the games only with a pistol and some grenades, but by killing innocent bystanders and blasting away phone booths, he can find money with which to buy some of the more powerful weapons. Jetz can also pick up civilians and hurl them into the air. The many choices that Jetz can make, and the many options the player unlocks, make it almost unbelievable that it is free software. However, in holding with the tradition of most Game Maker users, S64 released all four Jetz Rampage games as free downloads from his website. Even though the site has not been updated since S64's death, they are still available. The Jetz Rampage series is one worth playing.

Tak Giu, an indie short film about Singaporean football, gained a cult-following and gathered 100,000 viewers in 6 months after it was hosted on the internet. Shot with just a camcorder, Tak Giu spread like wild-fire and made waves in the Singaporean football and online community. The 15 min film in Singlish was produced, written and directed by Jacen Tan, who also starred in the film. The film talks about the lack of soccer fields in soccer crazy Singapore and difficulties of finding suitable fields in land scarce Singapore. It also laments Singaporeans' lack of support for their national soccer and the futility of Singapore's 2010 World Cup goal. Aside from being mentioned in prominent blogs and internet portals, Tak Giu was featured on local newspapers like The Straits Times, The New Paper, and Today. Jacen Tan was also invited to appear on TV programs like ESPN “Football Crazy”, “LiveWire” on Arts Central, Radio UFM 100.3 on the late Show with DJ Yuling, and News 93.8fm. It was shown in the CINEKATIPUNAN film fest in Philippines. In November 2005, Jacen Tan’s 2nd short film, Zo Peng, won 2nd place at the Panasonic/MDA Digital Film Fiesta, Short Film Open Category. Jacen Tan has also produced and directed Silverpiece, a music video for popular Singaporean indie band, Lunarin. Jacen also directed the music video "Silverpiece" for the alternative rock band, Lunarin. Silverpiece was shown in the Cannes Midem '07. Jacen's new short film, 'Zo Gang' will hit the internet by the end of 2006. The Vietnamese dragon is not unlike those of the more common Chinese or Asian dragon. Vietnamese dragons have the same characteristics, such as a ling, snake-like body, antelope-like horns, and tough, shimmering hides with scales. Vietnamese dragons also have the ability to fly without wings, and legend has it, can control the yearly rains and monsoons. The Vietnamese dragon is symbolized by water, and the European or Western dragon is symbolized by fire. Vietnamese dragons are known as kind, intelligent, and wise. But be warned - they can be desrtructive when they are angery. There are two types of Vietnamese dragon - the common dragon and the royal dragon. Rollinia

Rollinia is a genus of the family Annonaceae, which also contains custard apples and soursops. It is a tropical tree that bears round, yellow fruit. It needs a warm and humid climate to grow well. Not all fruit is edible. Two species produce edible fruit: R. mucosa and R. pulchrinervris. The flavour of the fruit is described as similar to that of a lemon meringue pie. Ripe fruit is very soft and easily bruised; the fruit cannot be stored for long periods of time. It is usually eaten fresh, but Brazilians use it to make wine.
