Note: this request format appears to be corrupted, at least when previewed. Typing the EXACT NAME between the "below"/"above" lines omits the typed text. I could be wrong, but isn't it supposed to replace "Put category name here?" I've added a new line, in bold, to ensure the category name is included. Likewise the wikilink brackets for subcategories makes the text disappear, vice linking to existing categories. I removed the brackets so the text would show up in the preview.
