Welcome!
[edit]Hi WikiHelper232. Did nobody welcome you yet?! How uncivilized! You've had this account for over a year! It's about time you received an official welcome message.
You appeared on my watchlist when you improved the article ICD-11. Thank for your contributions, and happy editing! Have a nice day, Manifestation (talk) 20:08, 19 August 2024 (UTC)
- Aw, thank you so much for the welcome greetings! :) WikiHelper232 (talk) 08:27, 20 August 2024 (UTC)
ArbCom 2025 Elections voter message
[edit]Hello! Voting in the 2025 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 1 December 2025. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2025 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:57, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
ICD-11 and copyright
[edit]Hi WikiHelper232 and thanks for your contributions! This is just a note that I've had to undo your edit to Anorexia nervosa. The ICD-11 is unfortunately under a license that is not compatible for use on Wikipedia, which means that we can't copy its diagnostic criteria into articles. Just let me know if you have any questions, and happy editing! MCE89 (talk) 12:35, 21 November 2025 (UTC)
- Oh, I didn't know that! I thought it was only the DSM-5 that was under a hard copyright licence. Thanks for letting me know! But is it at least permissible to reproduce the information in my own words? Best regards. – WikiHelper232 (talk) 12:39, 21 November 2025 (UTC)
- No worries at all, easy mistake to make! The ICD-11 is under a CC-BY-ND license. We can use content that's under a CC-BY or a CC-BY-SA license (mostly), but the "ND" means "no derivatives", which isn't allowed. You can definitely reproduce the information in your own words (although do just be careful to avoid any close paraphrasing). MCE89 (talk) 12:47, 21 November 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for the explanation. I will pay more attention to this in future. :) Best regards. – WikiHelper232 (talk) 12:51, 21 November 2025 (UTC)
