I particlularly dislike the way it arrogantly refers to "the South" without saying what country. If the organisation is notable, a short article written in the third person might be allowed. -- RHaworth 15:30, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You are completely correct in spotting that the text was copied from the webpage http://www.itrainonline.org/itrainonline/english/about.shtml

As my organisation is a partner in the cooperative initiative itrainonline, and as I was describing this initiative, I felt the easiest thing at the time was to copy the text. I should have however, displayed it as a quote, and referred to the itrainonline website. That is absolutely true, and that is what I would like to do.
