Speedy deletion nomination of ArtfulBits

Hello Valentyn Hal,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged ArtfulBits for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

If you really honestly could not see that the article ArtfulBits was blatantly promotional, then I can only assume that you work in marketing/PR/advertising, and get so used to writing and reading marketing-speak every day that you have become desensitised to it, and can't see it when it is right in front of you, as happens to many people working in that field. Also, if you honestly could not see the difference between that article and the two existing articles which you mentioned, then it is likely that you have such a lack of ability to appraise your own writing objectively that you may find it very difficult to to contribute to Wikipedia in the neutral manner required. I also draw your attention to the facts that (1) Wikipedia's guideline on conflict of interest discourages anyone from creating an article on a subject where they have a close personal involvement, such as a company they work for, and (2) Wikipedia's terms of use require anyone editing Wikipedia as part of any kind of job or contract for which they are paid to disclose that fact: posting a statement on one's user page or talk page is a suitable way of doing so. Dear JamesBWatson, You told so many thoughts about me being supposedly desensitized that you totally forgot about providing at least a little argument explaining the difference between the mentioned articles. I do not hide the fact that I do work in ArtfulBits. And even though, I submitted this article as a part of my assignment from "Marketing in a Digital World" course on Coursera, I don't think this would be less appropriate if I did it as a part of work assignment. If you so much discouraged by the article stating that there as a company, named ArtfulBits, and this is a fact, please, provide at least one argument for that. But don't tell me please, that I am desensitized. Otherwise, you can tell the same, if I would submit an article about my native city - Lviv (blame me for personal involvement because I live there). Or this is also prohibited?) So, to make a long story short, other than your personal emotional blah-blah talk, you gave no argument for explaining what exactly is promoted in this article. Did you see any advertisement, invitation, announcements? did you see any pricing lists, or campaign information? Please, be specific, because otherwise you're making unsubstantiated statements. It is a little difficult to follow what you are trying to say, as your grasp of English is not perfect. However, such language as "ArtfulBits was established by enterprising professionals with a strong IT background" reads like marketing copy: by no stretch of the imagination is it neutral recording of facts. The article EPAM Systems is far from perfect: it is, in my opinion, written in somewhat promotional terms, but it does not contain anything as blatantly promotional as the sentence I have quoted. Also, it has sources which at least suggest notability, unlike the article you created. SoftServe is very clearly a notable company. I also note that, in opposing deletion of the article you created, you said that it was "unfair" to "prohibit ArtfulBits to publish the information about it", which clearly suggests that you were attempting to publish the page on behalf of the company, i.e. that you were attempting to use Wikipedia to publicise the company, which is contrary to Wikipedia policy.
