Hello,

Thank you for the notice. I’m currently using this user page to develop a draft of a notable public figure’s biography, following Wikipedia’s guidelines for creating high-quality, encyclopedic content. This is not a promotional page, and I fully intend to move it to Draft space and improve formatting, citations, and tone. The subject has held internationally recognized positions including Chair of the UN CSTD, Vice-President of the UN Human Rights Council, and Ambassador to Geneva—indicating notability under WP:BIO and WP:NBIO.

Please do not delete this page as I am actively working on cleanup and sourcing. I appreciate your patience while I bring the content into compliance with Wikipedia standards.
