This is the result for this talk page that has not had sufficient talk sections to have an archive. It would take 6 talk sections before the bot could create an archive. 4 + 2 = 6. Due to the combination of minkeepthreads=4 and minarchthreads=2
{{talk header}} says nothing about archiving until archives exist. See it below:

When no archives exist yet, then I think this suggested {{archives}} template below is better since there is nothing to search yet. And it is more accurate.

I think it should also show at the bottom of {{talk header}}. It's only 2 lines in my PC monitor.
When there are archives most of the text can be moved to the tooltip. So there would still be only 2 lines at the bottom of {{talk header}}.
