I would be happy to have help with this school. FloridaArmy (talk) 13:15, 11 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

This is another draft I started on an early studio. It's a bit of a mess with short notes on other studios. Salvageable? FloridaArmy (talk) 14:24, 11 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

FloridaArmy I am not too experienced with film studios, but I am pretty good with films themselves. I'll see what I can do here. As for Draft:Slater Mechanical School, I am even more unsure because the school has been closed for 50 years. The Knowledge Pirate (talk) 16:34, 11 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

How about this one? I could use some help. All the best, FloridaArmy (talk) 01:39, 12 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

FloridaArmy Oh yes. This one seems especially important. The Knowledge Pirate (talk) 02:06, 12 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
FloridaArmy, I am working on this one right now. The Knowledge Pirate (talk) 11:24, 13 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
FloridaArmy This was an exceptionally easy school to research. I am just about done making changed. You can do whatever you like, and submit it when you are done. WP:GNG requirements have been exceeded. The Knowledge Pirate (talk) 02:04, 14 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your help! Are there enough sources for this subject? FloridaArmy (talk) 14:24, 14 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I just got your message. It is most likely notable, but I will check right now to be sure. The Knowledge Pirate (talk) 16:35, 14 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I take that back. I really can't find much. The Knowledge Pirate (talk) 17:32, 14 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Would you be aboe to help with this subject? FloridaArmy (talk) 18:44, 15 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for Pink Floyd (flamingo)

[edit]

On 27 October 2025, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Pink Floyd (flamingo), which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Pink Floyd escaped from its enclosure at the Sedgwick County Zoo in 2005, but continued to be spotted in Texas as late as 2023? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Pink Floyd (flamingo). You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Pink Floyd (flamingo)), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to nominate it.

German source

[edit]

Hi! I asked this on my talk page, but to be sure you have not missed it. Could you have a look at this and tell me what you thinkk? Ok, I want to check this as well to be sure. This source is in German and I translated and changed it, but I want to know if this enough to not to violate any copyrights: Original - "Beschreibung. Länge 7,4-7,7 mm, Elytrenlänge 5,4-5,7 mm, Breite 4,7-4,8 mm. Körper eiförmig oval, dunkel kastanienbraun, Oberfläche mit matter Beschichtung, Labroclypeus, Tarsen und Schienen glänzend, bis auf laterale Bewimperung und einige Borsten auf dem Kopf kahl." Wikipedia entry - "Adults reach a length of about 7.4-7.7 mm. They have a dark chestnut brown, oval body. The dorsal surface is dull and glabrous, except for the lateral cilia and some setae on the head." B33tleMania12 (talk) 15:11, 30 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The only part that I would not remove is the sentence on length. The other sentence is definitely close paraphrasing because the content you wrote in the article is as long as the content you are paraphrasing. The Knowledge Pirate (talk) 15:16, 30 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
