There were several minor items that made this look rather like linkspam. The item is only commented out <!--Comment-->, simply remove the beginning and end symbols.

It was quite strange seeing MOPED in all caps. In American English usage, a |moped", is a motorized bycycle-like device that can be operated with combined motor and pedals and is sometimes operated by youth under a restricted licence, while in other regions it may be a very light motorized cycle. Is MOPED a brand name in your region? The vehicles shown appear to have no pedal assist. Here the devices with a flat floor are called motor scooters. It would not be inappropriate to have a vehicle article on the type shown, this should have a free licenced image and a complete set of specifications. Please forgive my confusion.
