[edit]Pavitra Rishta is an extremely popular daily soap which aires on Zee tv and is produced by Ekta Kapoor. Pavitra Rishta potrays the simple life of common middle-class families of the Mumbai city and the day to day problems which they face.The story particularly focuses on the journey of two Loving souls Manav and Archana.The show has been successful in providing Zee tv channel with one of best ratings of all time and it still continues to be in the hearts of many Indians.The show is very different from all the other Balaji Telefilm's previous shows because of the simple treatment given to the characters of this show as well as Pavitra Rishta also enlightens the rich Marathi culture. It is a recipient of several Tv awards due to it's huge popularity among the audiences.It is a remake of popular Tamil serial Thirumathi Selvam which airs on Sun Tv,therefore The Vikatan Televistas, the producer of the original show has been credited for the concept of the Hindi Remake.
