I don't think the person needs verifying, I am sure he exists, but notability is not achieved as there are no coverage to meet GNG, it's also written like an ad and is not neutral, I would advice that you declare your COI if you have one. You can contact the deleting admin, but I advice against it. The article is absolutely promotional, and if you want to write more about him, plase comment on your COI and relationship with him. If you could write neutrally, please do so, I will post a COI template soon. Many thanks, you are also welcome to contribute to other articles and familiarise with the policies before continuing!
