Concerns

[edit]

Hi. I have just had to revert a large number of your edits because they were incorrect, and sometimes changed the meaning of sentences in the article. I am concerned that your familiarity with English-language grammar may not be sufficient for you to be editing in the way you are. These problems include:

  1. Love, In Between:Changing the names of characters in a Korean film,
  2. Agam Kuan: Changing "the legendary well built by Ashoka" to "a legendary well built by Ashoka"
  3. Irish League of Credit Unions: "It operates in ... the Northern Ireland"
  4. Kazimierz Romaniuk: Changing "he was interned in a camp in Pruszków" to "he interned in a camp in Pruszków"
  5. World War II US Navy dazzle camouflage measures 31, 32 and 33: aircraft carriers: Changing "following research at the Naval Research Laboratory" to "following a research at the Naval Research Laboratory"
  6. Sirimavo Bandaranaike: Adding unnecessary definite articles, and changing "was soon persuaded by the party leadership ... to enter politics" to "was soon persuaded for the party leadership ... to enter politics"
  7. Côte d'Argent: Changing "first coined ... by the journalist and poet Maurice Martin" to "first coined ... by a journalist and poet named Maurice Martin"
  8. Real Hip-Hop: Changing "is a song by American hip hop group Das EFX" to "is a song by an American hip hop group Das EFX"
  9. Selina Mosinski: Changing "Mosinski starred in Charity Shop Sue" to "Mosinski starred in the Charity Shop Sue"
  10. Daily Press (Hong Kong): Removing a valid "use dmy dates" template
  11. Trevor King: Changing "he lived for three weeks on a life-support machine" to "he was on the life-support machine"

I would ask you, please, to stop making edits to grammar and word choice until you better understand what it is that you're doing. Thank you. XAM2175 (T) 12:31, 27 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
