Hey NuggFrog, I was under the impression that since the book was made in 1841 it was able to be used in such a way, if it was not I am very sorry about this. I was just attempting to add the older version of the rules list since they already fully listed the revised list. Looking at the page now I can't quite tell which parts have been/need to be removed? I can go back and double check the source provided for you tomorrow. I used CopyPatrol, and it said that it had heavy similarity to a website online. If I go back tomorrow and everything looks good, I can restore the edit. You are right though, 1841 is absolutely public domain. I'll double check tomorrow and get back to you.
