A tag has been placed on Shashidhar.lakkakula, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Finngall talk 23:12, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on Almamater, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. AllynJ 23:11, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

Almamater again
[edit]Hi. Thank you for taking the time to explain in detail your motivations for recreating the page. As you can see, the page has been deleted again (though I wasn't the deleting admin this time around). The problem is that the organization, no matter how much good it has done you, doesn't seem to be the subject of much third-party coverage. As such, the info that you provide cannot be attributed to reliable sources and quite simply does not have its place on Wikipedia. As a start, I think it would be a better idea for you to contribute in building the article T.T. Rangarajan and make sure that it is properly sourced. If you have further questions, please let me know but in the meantime, I would ask you to avoid recreating the article without first notifying an administrator or opening a case of deletion review. Thank you, Pascal.Tesson 02:24, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
