Even if and when changes are needed to our articles, it is still your responsibility to make those changes in the correct way. You are not allowed to break the article by turning every link in it into a redlink leading to an article that doesn't exist, or filing it in a category that does not exist, or turning the map in the infobox into a giant blaring red error message instead of a map — we're not against the making of changes per se, but you still have to format any changes you make in the correct ways. There are correct and incorrect ways to make changes to our articles, and it's your responsibility to make any changes the correct way and not the incorrect way. So since you've already been warned about this several times before, I've been left with no choice but to temporarily edit-block you — once the block expires, you're welcome to make changes to Wikipedia if you do it correctly, but you will be blocked again for longer periods of time if you go around breaking articles.
