Information icon Hello, I'm Bunnypranav. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Bob St. Clair, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Bunnypranav (talk) 09:57, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Alan Cranston, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Bunnypranav (talk) 09:59, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I am sorry for not using a reliable source. I got it from reading Bob St Clairs journals that the family has kept. He had whole sections on his relationship with Cranson. Like how they were both "jocks" that were politicians, and I found lots of cool rough drafts of letters of info and speechs that St Clair sent to Cranson, and letters he got from Cranson about all sorts of stuff. I can't link anything right now, but I'll see what I can do in the future. Rodger501 (talk) 10:06, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! I have reverted your edits, because of the following concern: you stated These journals are part of a private collection and not widely accessible. That appears to be against the Wikipedia:Verifiability policy, which states Source material must be published, on Wikipedia meaning made available to the public in some form. Unpublished material is not considered reliable. Can you prove that the sources you have cited are published? Thanks. Kovcszaln6 (talk) 11:36, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Sadly no, they are all owned jointly by a cousin and memorabilia collector who both want to keep them private collection permanently. They were kind enough to let me read a lot of the journals and notebooks. But he refuses to let them be published. Rodger501 (talk) 11:39, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
