I believe ShopProp meets Wikipedia’s notability guidelines under WP:COMPANY.

It has been covered by multiple, independent, reliable sources:
- Wamsley, Laurel. “Homebuyers and sellers say agents’ cuts are too big…” NPR Morning Edition, May 21 2025.^[1]
- “Brokerages React to NAR Settlement,” _New York Post_, August 10 2024.^[2]
It has independent coverage in real-estate trade press (e.g. _RealEstate Tech News_).
It ranks in the top five brokerages by transaction volume in Washington state and the top ten in the Bay Area according to MLS data.

I have added proper inline citations and removed promotional language. I respectfully request that the speedy-deletion tag be removed so the community can discuss notability more fully.
