User talk:Ririying/Semi-structured interview
Feedback on your article
[edit]@Ririying: I've looked over the changes that you've made] and a few concerns:
- The new section on types of interviews is useful as a contrast but (a) you should remember that this article is about semi-structured interviews, not about other types. Also, the section is currently just a list, not really prose text which is what Wikipedia articles typically consist of. Why don't you edit this so it's is a prose description of how semi-structured interviews are similar and different to other types of interviews. This seems like a useful contribution.
- The new section on "Tips to create interview questions" is good but you should tweak it so that it's less of a report of this other source and more of a description of the subject in general. Try to rework it with that in mind.
- The section on odd-ball question is about questions for job interviews and I don't think it's appropriate or relevant to this topic. I would remove this part.
Please check in again with altsalt and/or myself before you move this over. One of us will be happy to take another look. —mako๛ 21:15, 13 February 2020 (UTC)

[edit]@Ririying: I've looked over your material and made an editing pass. I realized while looking at it that nearly all of the text you've added is copy and pasted or closely paraphrased (with references but without quotations) from material in the references. As the material in section, the material we've covered in class, and the material we covered in the WikiEd material makes clear, this is plagiarism and it is a copyright issue on Wikipedia. You should talk with Altsalt about what you want to do about this. At a minimum, you cannot copy text over while there is any text that is plagiarized (copied, paraphrased, or translated) here. —mako๛ 03:39, 19 February 2020 (UTC)
