A tag has been placed on BatchMaster Software, Inc., requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Webkami10:46, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.
If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.
A tag has been placed on BatchMaster Software, Inc., requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
A tag has been placed on BatchMaster Enterprise, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Thanks for uploading Image:BMFormula.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
Thanks for uploading Image:BatchMaster Company Logo HR.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot13:14, 16 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The article about your company has been deleted after a discussion/vote at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/BatchMaster Software; please don't re-create it. If you believe we should have an article about your company, you may contest the deletion at deletion review. (And even if you manague to persuade other users that we should have an article about your company, then as you were previously told, you should generally not create or make major edits to an article about yourself, your company, or another topic you are closely related to. See the guidelines on conflict of interest.) - Mike Rosoft14:35, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I haven't checked whether or not the subject meets our notability criteria but this should be verified before the article is published in the encyclopaedia proper.
Articles should be written in prose whenever possible, and lists should be avoided.
More explanation is needed around the services/products offered - at present it's like a list of brand names, leaving the reader with no idea what each of the terms means.
Avoid capitalisation of words that aren't proper names. For example, "BatchMaster ERP, Software solution for Process manufacturers" should read "BatchMaster ERP, software solution for process manufacturers".
The references should ideally be in a footnote format, with <ref> tags within the text of the page itself, so that we can link the facts with the sources listed (and vice versa).
Any of the "references" that aren't actually references but related external links should be in the "External links" section.
The abbreviations (ERP, ADI, EPS) should probably be put in full.
Pipes aren't required for external links - use [http://www.mysite.com My site] instead of [http://www.mysite.com | My site]
Great, it's looking good now. Just a couple of things I didn't mention before:
When it's published, it will need the relevant stub tag to be added on the bottom
The external Microsoft Gold Certified Partner link in the introduction should be removed - it's best to use wikilinks (internal links to Wikipedia articles) only in the main article text and limit external links to the references/external links sections.
Hi, Thank you for uploading Image:BMFormula300px.jpg,however it would be much appreciated if you could expand or clarify the sourcing information you have provided in the image summary.
