Please take such issues to a relevant talk page (the article's or mine) rather than sending emails, so that other users can contribute as well. As to the content. Please refer to the reason given by Largoplazo in their revert of the same edit, who admittedly put a little more work into writing it out but gives exactly the same reason: the fact that a random game, book, movie etc. features a given item does not make it relevant to that item's article. Imagine what House mouse would look like if all, or even a fraction, of the games that contain mice would be listed there! To put it another way, we are trying to avoid this. Every experienced editor will do the same thing here and remove this kind of cruft on sight.
