Good day. Regarding my changes to the article about the city of Santos. I added to the list of twin cities of the city of Santos - the city of Lugansk (Ukraine). I did this because I personally was the initiator of this project (twinning the cities of Santos and Lugansk) in 2013, as a resident of the city of Lugansk. And this was done officially, with the signing of the relevant agreements between the city halls of Lugansk and Santos, in the fall of 2013 in the premises of the city hall of Santos.
