Some feedback, I unfortunately do not have time to edit your draft:

home guards were not just muslim, many were sinhalese.
Many quotes are too large, this will be classed as plagiarism, quotes have to be short or paraphased
The appendix 2, bullet points image is also unacceptable, text has to be in the main body
Overlap - there cannot be significant overlap with any existing wikipedia articles, if there already exists an article on a particular massacre, then you can only briefly summarise it here, and then provide a link under the heading of the subsection.
There is an article on home guards, you need to ensure your article is sufficiently different from this and covers another theme: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sri_Lanka_Civil_Security_Force
General layout of article is not appropriate, you have a massive table in between large ream of texts. It needs to be organised similarly to other Wikipedia articles, you should try and emulate other Encyclopaedic articles Oz346 (talk) 12:28, 27 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
