This is souced to unreliable sources, interviews, her personal website and other primary sources. There is also some fake referencing going on. The Britannica link to Shagari does nothing to confirm a fact about this subject.
Also, remove the inappropriately placed external links; Kindly see WP:EXT. The article should also be written from a [[WP:NPOV|neutral point of view. No need for talking up by using words like distinguished.|sig=yes}}

Review acknowledged. Lost on how to improve this. I tried following the guidlines earlier enlisted. Will revisit draft and rework.

For some reason, my decline rationale did not post properly. But read the linked articles and try to make corrections. But to be honest with you the subject of your draft is not yet notable enough for Wikipedia. You can ask questions at the teahouse or at my talk page.
