You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Edward Kremers requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://wisconsinhistory.org/Records/Article/CS9490. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. twisted. April 2025

[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you translated text from ca:Edward Kremers to another page. While you are welcome to translate Wikipedia content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing requires that you provide attribution to the contributor(s) of the original article. When translating from a foreign-language Wikipedia article, this is supplied at a minimum in an edit summary on the page where you add translated content, identifying it as a translation and linking it to the source page. Sample wording for this is given here. If you forgot, or were not aware of this requirement, attribution must be given retroactively, for example:

NOTE: Content in the edit of 01:25, January 25, 2023 was translated from the existing French Wikipedia article at [[:fr:Exact name of French article]]; see its history for attribution.

Retroactive attribution may be added using a dummy edit; see Repairing insufficient attribution. It is good practice, especially if translation is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{translated page}} template on the talk page of the destination article. If you have added translated content previously which was not attributed at the time it was added, you must add attribution retrospectively, even if it was a long time ago. You can read more about author attribution and the reasons for it at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 17:10, 14 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Again, yet another post about Edward Kremers

[edit]

When you created this article in this Wikipedia, the English Wikipedia, you used sfn cites but you did not provide the actual references in a sources or references section. So the article now has 4 Harv cite errors. Please provide the following complete sources to the article:

  • Urdang, 1941
  • Worthen, 2005.

Please consult the "sfn" section (#3.1) at Help:Shortened footnotes and Template:Sfn for helps/tips on how to fix this issue. The sources for the sfn cites can be found at the original Catalan Wikipedia article on Kremers. - Shearonink (talk) 19:55, 3 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Your "Note" on Talk:Edward Kremers

[edit]

The "Note" is misplaced. As the April 2025 post above from Justlettersandnumbers states, this "Note" is supposed to be in an edit summary, not placed on the actual talk page. I have moved your Note & its content into an edit summary. - Shearonink (talk) 20:07, 3 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
