Request reason:

I am only trying to contribute the Wikipedia content with regards to the National Law University of Meghalaya, a state university established by the National Law University Meghalaya of Act, 2022, Government of Meghalaya. I have no intention of promoting/advertising the NLU Meghalaya in Wikipedia. My sole purpose is to contribute the content so that NLU meghalaya content is also available in Wikipedia. If you think this voilates your policy, I kindly request you to delete this page and add the National Law University of Meghalaya content from its official website so that the information is link to this page under section "List of National Law Universities [NLUs]" Serial Number 26. Thank you

Decline reason:

You have not proposed a new username. If you had no intention of promotion, quite frankly you failed miserably with language like "Established with the vision of fostering academic excellence and social responsibility, the university is committed to shaping the legal minds of tomorrow through a multidisciplinary and research-intensive approach." Please see conflict of interest and paid editing(which includes employment). You won't be unblocked to, in the short term, edit about your university. If that is your only goal here, this is the end of the road. If you want to be a more general contributor and edit about topics for which you have no conflict of interest, please tell what those might be.
