Request reason:

I'm asking to reduce my block time to 3 months for the following reasons:

First, this is too "severe" for my first time site-wide block (second overall).
Second, I have never caused any disruptive to article space nor been involved in any edit war. Block is supposed to be preventive, not punitive. I conceded and already stopped any disruption. How does this block prevent anything? If anything, topic ban would be more appropriate.
Third, I promise to never use the phrase "Holocaust enthusiast" again. This phrase led to this block.
Fourth, I intend to continue contribute to English Wikipedia quietly and in non-controversial topics when the block duration is over.
Fifth, NOTHERE ignores the fact that I have contributed constructively in English Wikipedia on and off since 2014 (with only 2 bad incidents, which I acknowledged to be my faults) and my immense contribution to the Wikimedia movement in various projects for 13 years. I'm HERE, and the movement has been part of my identify for a long time.
Sixth, 3 months are sufficient time for me to reflect on my mistakes, and I promise to not do it again. Nguyentrongphu (talk) 00:44, 23 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

As the page has been used by multiple users who are, apparently, requesting that Nguyentrongphu - an admin on vi.wiki - unblock them there, those requests have been removed and the page has been semi-protected.
