This draft appears to be entirely written from the standpoint of one company, Earhart Petroleum, which apparently is not itself notable enough to have a Wikipedia article, Earhart Petroleum. As such, hosting this commercial paper would appear to violate Wikipedia is not a web host. If you want to bring Earhart Petroleum to attention neutrally without promotion, first write an article about them. Their supply chain is probably of very little interest to the Wikipedia reader (unless it uses some novel technique that has been written about by multiple professors).
