PEER REVIEW OF "REGLET" RE-EDIT DRAFT:
It goes without saying that this article is not in its finial draft so the lack of citation is totally fine as of now. The first half is clearly written and gives the reader a decent visual description of the subject. One note is that "the brick" a should be changed to "a masonry wall". The second paragraph delves into the secondary use of the term with decent transition. However, it could use more explanation AND/OR an analogy to a similar architectural feature for a clearer mental image--unless of course there is going to be a detailed picture accompanying it. Is the second use similar to a munton or baton (board and baton)? Does it have a dado or rabbit cut to contain the two separate panels or does it simply lap them (or nothing at all)?
Overall, I like what I see! Joe B.

[edit]This is a good plan for improving the article, and I'm impressed by your finding the second, interior application of the term, but the draft should be more developed by now. You've found some good sources, particularly the SMACNA manual. More of the sources should be cited as footnotes throughout the text or listed as Further reading. In explaining the exterior application of the term, you should make it more clear that the reglet is the groove in the wall (typically masonry and not necessarily brick, as your peer reviewer points out), whereas reglet flashing is the piece of material inserted into the reglet.
