Deletion of Aethel Partners
Hello Mtfield
I’m following up on the deletion of Aethel Partners. I respect your decision, but I genuinely don’t think the speedy deletion criteria (G4/G11/A7) applied to the version I wrote.
It seems the page may not have been fully reviewed before being tagged. The article contained substantial new, reliably sourced content that did not exist in prior versions (for example, the 2022 Chelsea F.C. bid, covered in The Guardian, Reuters, BBC Sport; and the April 2025 revocation of Aethel Mining’s concession, covered in Essential Business, Observador, Dinheiro Vivo). It also included critical coverage (failed bids, litigation, regulatory actions), so it clearly was not written as advertising.
I would greatly appreciate if you could restore the last version to my userspace so that I can continue working on it as a draft. My intention is only to build an accurate, balanced, and well-sourced article for eventual review at AfC.

Draft:Are pitcher plants considered heterotrophs?
Hi Mfield. I don't think this is worth undeleting as you could probably make an argument for WP:G2 for this particular draft, but I wanted to point out that because Draft:Are pitcher plants considered heterotrophs? is in the draft space, WP:A3 was technically not a valid reason to delete the page (A3 is only valid for articles in the mainspace). Courtesy ping Somepinkdude who added the CSD tag. Usually there is no harm in leaving poorly written drafts in the draft space because they will be deleted in six months by WP:G13 in most cases. - I took a look at your deletion log, and the following deletions are also out-of-process for the same reason:
- I don't think we need to undelete these, but IMO it's important to make sure we follow the deletion policy in the future, as we do genuinely want to give editors, especially new ones, some amount of latitude to figure out how editing works in the draft space.
