I'd like to respectfully clarify that aaPanel meets Wikipedia's general notability guidelines as a software application, based on the following:

It is listed in the DigitalOcean Marketplace, a major global cloud infrastructure provider, where it is officially distributed and supported. (DigitalOcean Marketplace link)
It is also included in the Linode Marketplace (source) and Microsoft Azure Marketplace, platforms that vet software before allowing integration.
According to PQ Hosting, a European hosting provider, aaPanel is used extensively in server automation.
The panel has surpassed 3.6 million installations globally, a metric publicly stated on its site, which reflects clear adoption.

These are not self-published blog posts but verifiable third-party listings and partnerships with highly reputable infrastructure providers, which demonstrates aaPanel’s impact and notability in the hosting software space.

I understand notability for software is sometimes judged differently from newsworthy topics, but this project has wide distribution and measurable presence in its ecosystem.
