Information icon Hello, I'm Cassiopeia. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Mood Swings (A Boogie wit da Hoodie song), but you didn't provide a reliable source. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Cassiopeia talk 08:35, 7 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at TBJZL, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources to see how to add references to an article. Thank you. Cassiopeia talk 08:37, 7 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, source needs to be independent and reliable such as from the newspapers or books. All social media, private companies, organization, institutions, foundations, educational sites and sites that associated or afflicated with the subject are considered not reliable or/and not independent. Please do not use such sources again. Cassiopeia talk 08:39, 7 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Ah okay, no worries, I wasn't aware that these sources were not permitted. Thank you for the heads up, I appreciate the help! Have a good day MasterChief280 (talk) 13:42, 9 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked as a sockpuppet

[edit]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:YeetaSkeeta per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/YeetaSkeeta. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:

Your reason here I am very confused at this random ban. I read the reasoning and what I've gathered is, If you fix pages this user has edited you get banned? Just because a new account has been made and edits certain pages does not mean they are a "sockpuppet". I have edited other wiki sites such as Fandom, Halopedia and others and a lot of them have the same editing code, hence why I am not a complete noob. I have never edited this specific site before as it was very overwhelmingly big and intimidating compared to others. Just left very confused at this ban if I'm being honest, I'm clearly a fan of the same things as this sockpuppet guy which is apparently a red flag to the system. How does one "not edit the same" as this sockpuppet? So that when I am unbanned I can avoid looking like one, because evidently editing is suspicious apparently. I'm unsure as to how my editing style was bannable so any insight would be grand. Thanks and have a good day whoever reads this.

Decline reason:

Highly likely. The connection is far closer than simply editing the same pages. Yamla (talk) 17:42, 9 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@Yamla: And what are those connections because I am still super confused as to what I have done wrong. Literally have only just started editing on this site and I immediately get banned for nothing. Could I please have an explanation. Thank you MasterChief280 (talk) 18:04, 9 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
WP:CHECKUSER. I will not provide any additional information. --Yamla (talk) 18:12, 9 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@Yamla: seems like an invasion of privacy no? MasterChief280 (talk) 20:28, 9 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I fail to see how. This is a WP:CHECKUSER block. You contested the block. I had to look at the checkuser evidence to determine whether or not the block was appropriate, which it clearly was. --Yamla (talk) 20:30, 9 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I did not consent for my personal information to be checked like this. This was not stated in my talk page message that this would be the case when I requested an appeal MasterChief280 (talk) 20:31, 9 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You are free to file your frivolous complaint if it makes you happy. It may help you to read the Wikimedia Foundation Privacy Policy, which was clearly not violated, not by me and not by the checkuser who blocked you. This is my last response to you. Don't ping me again. --Yamla (talk) 20:34, 9 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Not pinging you so please don't get annoyed. These guidelines should of at least been mentioned before I submit an unblock request in my opinion and maybe you should of stated them. If I were to complain where would I do so? MasterChief280 (talk) 20:36, 9 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@MasterChief280: As I've said before, you can't just weasel out of your block by creating new accounts, even if you contribute constructively. You have to log in to YeetaSkeeta and appeal or this will keep happening to you. Children Will Listen (🐄 talk, 🫘 contribs) 22:28, 9 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
But what if I don't have access to that account. This was made clear nearly 2 years ago. Go back and check. MasterChief280 (talk) 11:13, 10 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@MasterChief280: You should use the oldest account you have access to and appeal from that. Children Will Listen (🐄 talk, 🫘 contribs) 12:43, 10 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
The issue is I don't have the passwords saved for most. So what if this is account is the only one I have access to? MasterChief280 (talk) 12:47, 10 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Try using the Unblock Wizard and see what the admins say. Children Will Listen (🐄 talk, 🫘 contribs) 13:51, 10 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
