I just edited the Meredith Kercher Wikipedia entry, to correct a factual statement not supported by the reference. The Sky News link clearly states the judge ordered the seizure of the passport to prevent Raffaele Sollecito from fleeing Italy before the next stage of his appeal, at the Supreme Court.
