And just so we're clear, you do not "own" Modern College of Business and Science or even control it in any sense. Also, as a paid editor, you will be under editing restrictions in what comes to that article, on account of your conflict of interest. You have also still not used the correct unblock template to change your username. You will not be allowed to use your current username; as we have explained multiple times, it is unacceptable per English Wikipedia's username policy. Positions with in organizations can be held by different people at different times. This account is yours alone and can never be shared with anyone else, for any reason. Being a paid staff member of the organization you are writing about makes you a paid editor. It does not matter whether or not you are being paid specifically to edit Wikipedia as part of your job; your employment alone is enough to trigger this policy.

I am not an administrator so I can't comment with certainty on whether your appeal will be accepted. I will note two things, though:

Your appeal appears to be written by an AI tool (80% certainty according to ZeroGPT). AI-written appeals are almost always refused; you personally are blocked, so your appeal should be written in your own words, not by AI.
As a condition to unblock, admins may want to see a commitment from you to edit other topics outside of your conflict of interest. This is so you have the opportunity to gain experience, build up a constructive edit history and learn about Wikipedia's many policies and guidelines.
