PID

[edit]

Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia. I'm sorry to welcome you by reverting what appears to be your first contribution. I believe the formulas you provided apply to the "standard form" of PID formula, whereas the article uses the "ideal parallel form". Refering to PID_controller#Ideal_versus_standard_PID_form, your correct formulas apply to Kp, Ti and Td, whereas the table is listing the three coefficients Kp, Ki and Kd. I'm not saying one form is better than the other, but after some discussion I and other authors chose the parallel form and worked to make the article consistent. It's OK, I see my confusion between Ki,Kd and Ti, Td. My apologise. LyonL (talk) 08:46, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks a lot for your contribution, this confusion was done too in my program !! LyonL (talk) 12:00, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
