Proposed deletion of Dependability state model

The article Dependability state model has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

article is an orphan and all quantities stated are undefined and not used elsewhere in article and so all info is useless

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Nomination of Seatalk for deletion
