Information icon Hello, I'm Sundayclose. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Maybe I'm Amazed, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Sundayclose (talk) 14:16, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, the source is reliable, to say the least. Author is well known among the Beatles' and McCartney fans. Link to the book: https://www.amazon.com/Paul-McCartney-Ideas-Stories-1970-1989/dp/8890912294/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2EAQD0315B4O9&keywords=paul+mccartney+music+is+ideas&qid=1677438792&sprefix=paul+mccartney+music+is+ideas%2Caps%2C174&sr=8-1 Lily69 (talk) 19:06, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You're right. I misread the diff. I reverted my edit. But I do have a suggestion. You provide a quotation in your edit, but the person you quoted is not identified. That's not good writing style. Please revise and identify the person you are quoting. Even if it's the writer of the source you cite, you still need to identify them. Sundayclose (talk) 19:18, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently added commentary to an article, Maybe I'm Amazed. While Wikipedia welcomes editors' opinions on an article and how it could be changed, these comments are more appropriate for the article's accompanying talk page. If you post your comments there, other editors working on the same article will notice and respond to them, and your comments will not disrupt the flow of the article. However, keep in mind that even on the talk page of an article, you should limit your discussion to improving the article. Article talk pages are not the place to discuss opinions of the subject of articles, nor are such pages a forum. Thank you. Sundayclose (talk) 14:17, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
