Request reason:

This is the first edit from my side. I was going to include some claims that personal injury lawyers fight for and i added two claims in the existing sentence and i thought that if i add reference link then that would be more valuable to the reader. I just simply did it. I understand that i did big mistake and the consequence is my account blocked. I gladly request that please reactivate my account with new username. I will follow all editing rules of Wikipedia. Hope you understand

Remarkably unconvincing appeal. I have no idea whether you understand what you did wrong, what you would need to do differently, or indeed what any of our policies and guidelines are. What's more, it sound an awful lot like you just want to get back to doing whatever you were doing that got you blocked in the first place.
