Normally, having poor skill at English is not a reason for a block or a ban. You may receive criticism if you do not seem to be using common sense. And poking at admins (I'm not one), is not an example of using good sense.

Pages that are locked generally still allow edit requests on their talk pages. See Wikipedia:Edit requests.
