Barcelona won the championship and participated in the Latin Cup and won the first cup
In the 1949-50 1950-51 seasons Real Madrid ranked 4th, 9th in its own league, Barcelona ranked 5th, 4th
Atletico Madrid won the championship 2 seasons in a row, but was defeated by Bordeaux in the Latin Cup
