If you want to leave a message, please do it at the bottom, as a new section, for better formatting. You can do that by simply pressing the plus sign (+) or "new section" on the top of this page. And don't forget to sign your messages with four tildes, like this: ~~~~
Attention: I prefer to keep discussions unfragmented. If you leave a comment for me here, I will most likely respond to it on this same page—my talk page—as an effort to keep the entire conversation in one place. By the same token, if I leave a comment on your talk page, please respond to it there. Remember, we can use our watchlist and topic subscriptions to keep track of when responses are made. At the same time, feel free to send an alert to me on this page about a comment you have left elsewhere.
Thank you!
Hi Jay, as you may be aware I have been trying to sort out the problem between teddybearnow and your colleague, he has agreed not to edit the eyeOS article (and it's implied/assumed that he won't edit other articles which he has COI on either). But now teddybearnow is concerned that you will simply do his edits for him.....I am given to understand that you have just as much COI as Psychcf, so I strongly advise you that although you are technically allowed to edit articles you have a Conflict Of Interest with, I believe it would be extremely unwise to do so as an editor has objected. I am not an admin or anything of the sort, and I have no power to order you not to edit the page, and I wouldn't even if I could......I'm just saying that in my view it would not look at all good for you if you did and this conflict were to escalate. I suggest that the easiest way to resolve this is to simply add any relevant information into the talk page of the articles, explaining why you feel it should be added but aren't doing so yourself, and leave it to other non-COI editors to decide whether or not to include it. - I see no reason why I should not be allowed to edit that page. He clearly has a COI. Jaymacdonald (talk) 17:33, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- I'm absolutely not involved with the eyeOS project and i'm not a contributor. Stop attacking me. No offenses. Teddybearnow (talk) 18:05, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- No, YOU clearly have a COI, if you believe teddy does as well, could you let me know how he/she does? Restepc (talk) 19:42, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- Heh, whatever. Archived.

Stop
[edit]Grow up. I won't deal with children in Wikipedia, so stop editing my Talk Page. --Unf (talk) 18:25, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- The only reason I edited your talk page was to say thanks, which I later removed. As I seen instead of just editing the eyeOS page, you also added critism towards me, which I found was unnecessary.Jaymacdonald (talk) 18:26, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- So are you Psychcf? Because I was criticizing that the reference was a link to his blog and the fact that hi has been editing the article. --Unf (talk) 18:32, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- Nope, I'm not User:Psychcf. But that's besides the point, you were accusing me of being "shameful". Jaymacdonald (talk) 18:38, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- You aint shameful, I don't know you, your attitude in this very situation is. And please, let's stop this stupid discussion and focus on the article. Believe it or not, I'm enjoying. --Unf (talk) —Preceding comment was added at 18:43, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
